About Ryan Dietz

Ryan is an Executive Director and Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley. Ryan began his career in financial services in 1998 with US Trust Company in Los Angeles and after a 6-year run and the firm’s acquisition by Charles Schwab, Ryan left and joined Wells Fargo Private Bank. In 2007, Ryan was recruited away by Wachovia Bank to run its Wealth Markets business in LA. Timing could not have been worse as the financial crisis took hold and ultimately Wachovia was acquired by Wells Fargo and thus Ryan returned to the Private Bank in 2010, where he remained until 2015 when he joined UBS in Los Angeles. 9-years later, Ryan determined that a change was necessary when he joined Morgan Stanley.

Ryan has long-been a committed supporter of his community which included terms as a member of the board of directors of several highly-regarding charitable organizations including:

• Big Brothers and Sisters of Greater Los Angeles and the Inland Empire
• The Pasadena Pops Orchestra
• Five Acres Boys' and Girls' Aid Society where he served on its board from 2003 – 2012 and again starting in 2014 – 2018. He finished his time on the board serving as its chairman. He is very proud to have received several awards from the agency including Volunteer of the Year, Person of the Year, and its Lifetime Achievement Award.
• The Oasis Academy which provides advanced educational opportunities for exceptional orphans. (Current)

Ryan has also served as a volunteer for A Walk on Water, which provides surf therapy to children with special needs, and he oversees its endowment and operating accounts.

He received his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola Marymount University. Ryan now splits his time between Los Angeles and Palm Beach Florida. About Sherry Dewane

Sherry is a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley. She is a Certified Financial Planner, CFP®, with over 25 years experience in financial services.

Morgan Stanley has awarded Sherry the Global Sports and Entertainment Director designation. Sherry is also a NFLPA Registered Institutional Player Financial Advisor. About Angela Crehan

Angela is a Vice President and Director of Business Strategy with Morgan Stanley. She works with Ryan Dietz in developing and fostering relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporations to assist with their financial and planning needs. She is also the team manager, working with the Financial Advisors, Client Service Associates, and the Management group to create and maintain the team's culture of integrity and high standards of client service while ensuring the team functions well day-to-day. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2024, Angela worked at UBS for 7 years and The Capital Group Companies for 11 years, with the last 5 years focused on managing the leveraged loans business along with legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Angela attended the University of California, Los Angeles, and received her B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Anthropology. She enjoys experiencing different cuisines, listening to podcasts, working on her Spanish and Korean fluency, and spending time with her two children, Hannah and Jack.

About William Johnson

William is a Registered Client Service Associate with Morgan Stanley, supporting Peak to Peak Wealth Management clients.

He provides comprehensive client support to help deliver a seamless client experience, leveraging the considerable resources of Morgan Stanley and the team.

William attended the University of Oregon, where he was a member of the Men’s Basketball Team for four years. He graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Before joining Morgan Stanley, William worked at UBS.

Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Marques Johnson – the first ever recipient of the John R Wooden Award, William was high-level Division One athlete. William learned lessons on discipline, consistent performance, and constant evolution; all of which he applies to his role today. A Los Angeles native, William enjoys staying active and learning new things. In his free time, he volunteers with high school, collegiate, and professional basketball players to help them refine their skills on the court to grow as not only basketball players, but people.

About Gerritt Pekkala

Gerritt Pekkala is from Telluride CO, he attended University of Colorado Boulder where he pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Dual Emphasis in Finance and Information Analytics.

Prior to joining the firm, Gerritt spent 6 years working under a world-renowned chef in fine dining. Holding a multitude of positions, he brings his acute attention to detail, standards for excellent client service, and experience in a fast-paced environment to the financial services industry.

He is a passionate Colorado sports fan, and in his free time enjoys skiing, surfing, and playing golf.
