Paul is a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley with over 30 years of international experience.  Paul focuses on advising high-net-worth clients and institutions on wealth management, tax-efficient investment and estate planning strategies.  Paul began his career as an entrepreneur, having started security companies in Russia, and in Eastern Europe with the Petrovka-38.  Paul holds a BS from Georgetown University, and received his MBA from Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.  He studied Russian language at Middlebury College and Moscow Linguistics University and Spanish language at the American University of El Salvador, and in Antigua, Guatemala.  Paul held a top-secret security clearance, and received operational directives from US Ambassadors, Consul Generals and the DOS, while serving jointly in the US Marine Corps and US State Department in Central America and Africa during the Reagan Administration.
