Preparing The Next Generation For Financial Success

Mitchel and the Cunningham Jarrell Group recognize that many clients want to pass on more than wealth—they want to share the values, perspective, and financial discipline that helped create it. Our Next-Gen advisory service is designed to be an educational resource for you and your family, helping rising generations build practical money skills, sound decision-making habits, and confidence as they navigate life's major milestones.

Through guided conversations and curated learning, we help the next generation prepare for key moments such as graduating college, starting a first job, building strong saving habits, learning investing fundamentals, launching a business, buying a home, and planning for marriage and family. We also provide support on broader, long-term topics—like family wealth dynamics, stewardship, and philanthropy—so your family can align financial decisions with shared goals and create a lasting legacy.
