About Me

With over 30 years experience in the financial services industry, Phil offers our clients considerable planning and asset allocation experience, in addition to serving as Senior Portfolio Management Director for The Lenox Group’s Exchange Traded Fund Strategies. Phil also holds the designation of CPM® (Certified Portfolio Manager—Columbia University).

A former Branch Manager at Morgan Stanley* offices in Forest Hills, NY, Greenwich, CT and New York City, Phil was one of the founders of The Lenox Group in 2004. He has also worked with clients as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch and Kidder Peabody before joining a Morgan Stanley* predecessor firm in 1986.

He is a panel member of the New York Stock Exchange Disciplinary Hearing Board and The Portfolio Management Institute. He has been deeply involved with a number of community organizations, including Windward School, Ossining Food Pantry, St. Theresa’s Church and the Briarcliff Manor Recreation Department where he formerly coached Little League Baseball.

Phil is a graduate of LeMoyne College, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

About Me

As a partner in the Lenox Group at Morgan Stanley, Bob brings a broad range of varied experience and knowledge to the team. He focuses on working with high net worth clients with an emphasis on building portfolios crafted to meet each client’s unique investment goals as well as providing guidance to achieve future estate planning concerns. Bob holds the firm’s designation of Family Wealth Director, Senior Portfolio Manager and Financial Planning Specialist.

A summa cum laude graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy with a B.S. in Marine Engineering,  Bob served both in the U.S. Navy and as a nuclear reactor officer in the U.S. Merchant Marine.  Bob subsequently went on to attend the Harvard Business School where he was awarded an M.B.A. in Finance.

Bob has a long history of serving on a variety of corporate and charitable boards.  He lives with his wife, Patricia, in Ridgefield, CT.

Rich, a Senior Vice President of the Lenox Group, has been advising both corporate and individual high net worth clients for over 30 years. Rich focuses on corporate cash management and 401(k) plans and brings this experience to his client relationships which include closely held companies, non-profit organizations, as well as corporate executives and retirees.

Rich’s involvement with non-profits also extends beyond Morgan Stanley, serving as a finance committee board member of White Plains Hospital, an advisor to the Felician School for Exceptional Children in Lodi, NJ, a committee member of the Bronx Chamber of Commerce, and a board member of Green Chimneys, a nationally renowned, nonprofit organization that works to create positive futures for children with emotional, behavioral, social and learning challenges, in Brewster, NY.

Rich joined a Morgan Stanley* predecessor firm in 1987 after graduating from Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. A Senior Vice President of Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley*, Frank advises high net worth clients and focuses on co-managing the team’s various discretionary equity portfolios.  Frank brings nearly 30 years of experience to the practice and possesses a deep knowledge of equity markets that encompasses such sophisticated disciplines as risk arbitrage, long-short and event-driven investing. Frank advised institutional hedge funds in these areas long before alternative investments became a familiar term to retail investors.

Outside of Morgan Stanley, Frank dedicates his time to a number of community organizations including the Northern New Jersey Food Bank and Green Chimneys, a nationally renowned, nonprofit organization that works to create positive futures for children with emotional, behavioral, social and learning challenges, in Brewster, NY.  He is also an avid golfer and home reef aquarium enthusiast. 
 
Frank joined a Morgan Stanley predecessor firm in 1982 after a time in corporate lending with CIT Financial.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Old Dominion University in addition to the prestigious Certified Portfolio Manager (CPM) designation.

About Me

Ron has been helping High Net Worth individuals and families meet their long-term investing goals for decades. He is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Consultant of the Lenox Group, within Morgan Stanley. In addition to running the Managed Municipal and Taxable Fixed Income Strategy there, he advises many of his team’s High Net Worth clients and their families in their investment and estate planning strategies. Ron brings his deep knowledge to the team’s overall asset allocation process and to the performance monitoring of the third-party asset managers being considered by the team.

Ron is involved in a number of community organizations, including the Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley in Valhalla, NY, where he serves as Board President. He also currently serves as Board President for Arts Escape, a non-profit organization focused on providing seniors with access to performing, visual, and participatory arts programs, based in Southbury, CT. Ron is a past president and Board Chairman of Sinai Free Synagogue in Mount Vernon, NY and volunteers at Mount Snow, VT as a Mountain Host. 

A graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minor in American History,  Ron worked as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch and Kidder, Peabody before joining a Morgan Stanley* predecessor firm in 1987. He has managed firm offices in New York City and Manhasset, NY. Phil serves as co-manager for the Lenox Group's Dividend & Growth and All Cap Core Equity Strategies, with a particular focus on equity investment ideas and hedging strategies. He has earned the prestigious Portfolio Manager designation from Morgan Stanley* and is a Senior Vice President - Wealth Management.

Phil has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Farmingdale. He takes pride in his military service, having served in the U.S. Army Airborne Division. He is also proud of his involvement in such community organizations as Kiwanis International, Benevolent Order of Elks, Jessie Collier Little League and The Society for Children and Adults with Autism.

Phil joined a Morgan Stanley* predecessor firm in 1988 after having spent several years at Kidder, Peabody and Company. He was appointed Branch Manager of the firm's Forest Hills, NY office in 1990 and was later promoted to Branch Manager of the firm's Jericho, NY office.

Gene focuses on asset allocation for The Lenox Group and has experience helping clients translate their objectives and attitudes into tangible investment strategies. A Senior Vice President-Wealth Management, Gene has earned Morgan Stanley's* Financial Planning Specialist designation and employs our sophisticated methodology to develop asset allocations that encompass various asset classes and investment categories.

Before joining a predecessor firm of Morgan Stanley* in 1986, Gene advised clients at Kidder Peabody and served as a sales executive for Xerox Corporation. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Iona College and is active in a number of organizations including the prestigious New York Athletic Club, where he continues to offer his guidance and support after serving as an officer on its Board of Governors.

Gene is a long term member of the board of directors for Cardinal McCloskey Family Services in Valhalla , N.Y.  He also serves as the financial advisor for the Stepinac Foundation in White Plains, N.Y. where he was elected as a member of their Hall of Fame.     

He is a former Little League, soccer and basketball coach in Eastchester, NY. Gene also served as a past president of the Eastchester Sports Club.

Michael started his career with The Lenox Group at Morgan Stanley in 2006, as a Registered Client Sales Associate; working directly with our clients to help enhance their overall service experience, supporting our portfolio managers with trading knowledge, and providing assistance in structuring our portfolio management strategies. Now, as a Financial Advisor and Financial Planning Specialist, Michael is responsible for new relationship development and generating comprehensive financial plans for our clients. Michael earned the designation of Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®). In continuing to enhance his education, he most recently completed the College for Financial Planning's Chartered Retirement Plans Specialistsm (CRPS®) certification program.
Michael is a graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship. During this time, he was an active member of his alma mater's Finance and Entrepreneurship clubs.
Michael, his wife Erin, son Michael, and daughter Mia, currently reside in The Village of Ossining, New York where he is an active volunteer Firefighter and Officer for Independent Hose Company No. 6. He is an active member and volunteer for the Greater Ossining Chamber of Commerce. Michael also volunteers his time on the Board of Advisors for Precision Learning in Piscataway, New Jersey, helping students prepare for higher education standardized testing. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, playing golf, and soccer.

Jonathan plays a major role in a number of critical Lenox Group activities, including assisting clients in asset allocation and portfolio design. He serves as the team’s Consulting Group Analyst, helping to select and monitor third-party investment management organizations for clients seeking a discretionary approach to their investment portfolios.  Jonathan also assists The Lenox Group’s partners and their high net worth clients with their comprehensive financial planning needs.

Jonathan began his career at Merrill Lynch, where he serviced high net worth clients and managed trading for relationships with combined assets of over $2 billion.  Most recently, Jonathan joined Morgan Stanley after serving as a portfolio analyst and investment generalist for high net worth clients at a National Financial Partners (NFP) firm. 

A graduate of Vassar College, Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Economics and a concentration in History.  Jonathan holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation in addition to the Series 7, 63 and 66 securities registrations.  Jonathan is also an active member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts. 

Outside of Morgan Stanley, Jonathan is a competitive rower for the New York Athletic Club, having most recently won the prestigious Head of the Charles Regatta. 

About Me

Josephine Chirico began her career at a Morgan Stanley* predecessor company in 1999 where she specialized in cashiering and new accounts. Josephine then joined the financial consulting team of Richard Priore, Sr., Frank De Flora and Richard Priore, Jr., three of the Lenox Group's original partners. Now, as Wealth Management Associate of the Lenox Group, she is responsible for the overall fulfillment of the team's commitment to providing an excellent client experience.

Josephine is fluent in Italian and was a member of the National Honor Society and the Italian Foreign Language Society.

Josephine is a graduate of Fordham University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics. Prior to joining the firm, Josephine spent five years in supervisory positions with Met Food Market, Inc. In her last position at that company, she supervised 17 employees, ultimately rising to the level of regional supervisor. She holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations.

About Me

Kimberly Williams began her career at a Morgan Stanley* predecessor company in 2007. Her training began as a Client Service Associate in a corporate stock plan group in Garden City, NY where she obtained her Series 7 & 63 security licenses.

Kim joined the Lenox Group at Morgan Stanley in 2011 as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate, assisting Phil Gullo, an original Lenox Group partner. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Kim worked as a Sales Assistant at Vanderbilt Securities on Long Island.

About Me

Bill joined a Morgan Stanley* predecessor firm in June 2007 and has been with The Lenox Group since June of 2010. Bill serves a key role in ensuring the team's goal of consistent, excellent client service.
