    John Rochester
    John Rochester is the founder of the Vista Group, a financial advisory team located in Santa Fe providing leading advice to individuals, as well as charitable organizations. He has been in the financial service industry for 31 years having been affiliated with Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms. John has been recognized on the Forbes “America’s Best-in-State Wealth Advisors” list, first in 2018 and again in 2022.

    Previously, John’s career was in public accounting where he focused on not-for-profit, governmental and retirement plan clients. It was during that time that he became aware of clients’ needs for translating their goals into specific investment objectives and personalized investment strategies. Realizing that by structuring portfolios which could be implemented and then continually refined, John knew his professional commitment was to help bring clients closer to their definition of financial success.

    John has a long history of local and national philanthropy having served on numerous boards ranging from the arts to food insecurity, education, LGBTQ issues and animal rights. He has been awarded a number of distinguished accolades for his dedication including the “2007 America’s Promise National Volunteer of the Year” award, a “Presidential Point of Light Service Award” in 2007 and the “2000 Code of the West Volunteer Service Award”. He was also recognized in 2014 as one of the “10 Who Made a Difference” in Santa Fe. John is continuing his philanthropic service as a member of the New Mexico State Arts Commission, Treasurer of the Presbyterian Health Foundation Board, and Trustee for The Museum of New Mexico Foundation.

About Mitch Vigil

Mitch Vigil brings an extensive amount of experience to his role as a Financial Advisor. Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Mitch enjoys working in the city he calls home. Mitch joined Morgan Stanley in 2015, and rapidly grew his career by enhancing the service and advice he provides to clients, becoming a Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager. He focuses on providing personalized advice and service through a disciplined wealth management process. Mitch serves a wide and diverse range of clients, though a large portion of Mitch’s clientele are women above the age of 50, both single and married.

When asked about his role, Mitch said “As a family man and member of the community, I understand what is important to me and what brings me fulfillment. Taking the time to listen and truly understand what makes my clients happy, what they value, who's important in their life, and what they enjoy doing most is the center of our relationship. In order to help my clients spend more time on the things that matter most to them, I bring the tools and resources to help make sure their financial future is secure and they are fulfilled personally. Working closely with others to help craft, build and maintain their chosen lifestyle is what drives my passion and my life.”

Mitch earned his B.A. in Business Administration, Financial Management, and Economics from the University of New Mexico. He volunteers and is the board chair/president of the New Mexico Cancer Center Foundation. This foundation helps cancer patients with non-medical financial costs and other support services.

Mitch has been married to Camaree since 2015, and they have two children together, Greyson and Camila. In his free time, Mitch enjoys reading, exercising, mountain biking, and doing house projects with his wife.

About Carlos Duque

With more than 16 years of financial industry experience, we are firmly committed to long-term relationships and strive to deliver exceptional client service. I have been working in the financial industry since 2005 and believe that honesty, respect and hard work are essential values in both my professional and personal life. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2011, I was a financial advisor at Wells Fargo. I also worked for a top-tier accounting firm as a tax consultant. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in accounting and my post graduate degree in taxes from the renowned Panamerican University in Mexico City.

Originally from Mexico City, I was raised and lived there for 25 years before coming to New Mexico. I met my wife, Victoria, in 2001, and we have three children, Ella, Patrick and Andre. We have been living in Rio Rancho since 2009. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, training for triathlons and striving for a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I am constantly seeking challenges and motivated toward new goals. I have completed five sprint triathlons, one Olympic and my first Half Ironman in Boulder, CO in August of 2022.

About Nancy Castelli

Nancy joined Morgan Stanley in Santa Fe in 2013 after relocating from San Francisco. Her experience in financial services has varied from serving individual investors to financial advisors, private bank portfolio managers and private bank home office teams. From her role as a Business Development Associate on the Sales Team that launched iShares ETFs in 2000, she appreciates client service and sales as an opportunity for risk management and efficiency in portfolios. Prior to iShares, she was a Registered Associate in Private Client Services at Bear Stearns specializing in futures trading support and IPO/syndicate activity.

She started in the financial services industry at Prudential Securities in Boulder, CO and then at Dean Witter in Santa Fe, NM.

Nancy graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a BS degree in Resource Economics. She holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation.

Rick Dombrowski is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Arizona.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Rick began his career in financial services in 1996, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2014 as a Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Private Banker at BBVA Compass. He also served as a Credit Analyst, Private Banker and Regional Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.

Rick is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his family. Outside of the office, Rick enjoys music, skiing, and traveling.
