Strategic Wealth Guidance for Builders and Innovators

As a founder, your personal wealth is often deeply connected to your company's trajectory, your equity ownership, and your long-term liquidity opportunities. Our job is to help you navigate each stage with clarity, discipline, and a forward-looking plan that protects what you've built while giving you the freedom to scale your next chapter.

We work closely with founders from early-stage ventures to late-stage, pre-IPO, and post-liquidity companies, offering a coordinated framework that aligns your personal balance sheet with the evolution of your business.
Equity & Ownership Strategy
Your ownership stake is often your largest asset. We help you:
- Evaluate concentration risk
- Structure tax-efficient hedging or diversification strategies
- Analyze exercise decisions for ISOs/NSOs
- Plan around 83(b) elections and AMT implications
- Understand secondary market opportunities and timing
- Private shares lending
Pre-Liquidity Planning
A liquidity event should be a strategic decision, not a reactive one. We support you in:
- Scenario modeling around potential acquisition or IPO outcomes
- Building pre-transaction tax strategies
- Coordinating with your attorneys, accountants, and investment bankers
- Establishing trusts or entities that optimizes after-tax outcomes
- Preparing investment frameworks before cash hits your account
Post-Liquidity Roadmap
Once liquidity is achieved, we help founders transition from operator to long-term wealth owner by:
- Structuring a diversified investment pan
- Replacing Income previously tied to the business
- Establishing sustainable withdrawal strategies
- Building multi-generational planning structures
- Allocating toward impact or philanthropic goals if relevant
A Planning Approach Built for Founder
1. Complexity, Simplified: We connect your business balance sheet with your personal financial life, eliminating the fragmentation that founders often deal with
2. Tax-Aware, Data Driven: Every recommendation incorporates tax-efficient timing, projection models, and sensitivity analysis
3. Liquidity Options, Evaluated: Strategically We help you weigh primary vs. secondary liquidity, dilution impact, valuation risk, and timing
4. Full Coordination with Your Team: We integrate your legal, tax, investment banking, and estate professional to build one cohesive strategy
Your Vision. Our Framework.
You've invested your life into building something meaningful. Our role is to help you grow, protect, and structure your wealth so that every chapter that follows is intentional, flexible, and aligned with your long-term goals.
