About Todd Gutkin

Todd Gutkin is a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor, Corporate Retirement Director, Financial Wellness Director, Senior Investment Management Consultant, Senior Portfolio Manager, and a Workplace Advisor - Equity Compensation with The Intersect 360 Group at Morgan Stanley.

As a Corporate Retirement Director (CRD), Todd Gutkin concentrates on plan design and implementation of 401(k), Defined Benefit Plans and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Programs.

Todd earned his CRD designation after advanced training and examination, focusing exclusively on the corporate retirement plan marketplace. The curriculum involves in-depth study of plan design, investment strategy, plan administration, plan sponsors' fiduciary issues, and other related retirement topics. Todd is a CRD in New York City. Less than 2% of Morgan Stanley's advisors qualified for this prestigious designation as of December 2023.

Todd offers plan sponsors extensive experience, knowledge, and guidance with Plan Evaluation and Design, Vendor Selection, Investment Reviews, Fee benchmarking, Educating Plan Participants on such topics critical to retirement, and more.

Todd achieved his Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) credential in 2011, which is awarded by the College for Financial Planning for advisors focused on creating, implementing, and supporting retirement plans for businesses. The core areas of focus include IRAs, plans for small businesses, defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans and plan sponsors' fiduciary issues.

In addition, Todd earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) credential in 2014, the result of a comprehensive program which helps financial advisors gain knowledge and experience on the entire retirement planning process, including pre - and post- retirement needs, distinctive tax and estate planning strategies for a retiree, and more.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2009, Todd worked for Merrill Lynch as a Vice President within the Corporate Benefits and Institutional Services team for 12 years, focusing on the small to mid-size retirement market. Todd currently resides in Morristown, NJ with his wife Lynn and their three children.

Pierce joined Morgan Stanley as a Virtual Engagement Associate in 2019, after two years at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor. Since moving to Wealth Management in 2021, his responsibilities include administrative, operational and issue support resolutions, along with relationship management.

Pierce is a graduate of Rutgers University, with a degree in Economics and a minor in Human Resource Management. Pierce and his fiancée currently reside in Hoboken, New Jersey, and enjoy traveling, golfing and spending time with their families.

Jeffrey joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 with over 20 years of experience selling and servicing retirement plans and 25 years in financial services. With prior experience in business to business sales with MassMutual and ADP, and an advisory role with a UBS Institutional Consulting Group team, he is well versed in plan design, investments and plan benchmarking. He holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®)* designation through the College for Financial Planning. Jeffrey lives in Merrick, NY with his wife and two children.

Seth Coren leads a team of diverse professionals who help families of significant financial means address the complex challenges of managing their wealth. About Scott Coren

Scott joined Morgan Stanley in 2012. He has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry having worked on both the buy- and sell- sides of Wall Street as an equity analyst and investor.

Scott leads The Intersect 360 Group’s investment team. He is responsible for security and manager research and selection, as well as portfolio and risk management.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Scott worked as an equity analyst at Millennium Management LLC, a global investment management company. Before that he spent four years at Endeavour Capital Advisors, a long/short equity financial services sector fund, where he was responsible for the firm’s bank research and investments. Scott spent the first part of his career as a Managing Director and analyst in the equity research department of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc.
