Angelo Provenza is an Executive Director and Market Executive for the Midwest Market; he is an industry veteran with over 22 years of experience. Angelo’s career in wealth management began in 1998 as a Financial Advisor with PaineWebber in Houston, TX. He spent seven years as a financial advisor before moving into various Sales Management roles culminating in a Regional Sales role in Chicago. In 2007, Angelo assumed leadership of his first branch for UBS in the Milwaukee suburbs.

Angelo joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2011 where he had ultimate responsibility for two branches in the western and northern suburbs of Milwaukee. These two offices had over 60 FAs with a combined revenue over $55M. In July of 2020, Angelo was given the opportunity to return to the state of his Alma Mater and lead the Iowa/Nebraska Complex.

Growing up outside of Denver, CO. in the suburb of Aurora, Angelo matriculated at Iowa State University where he attended on a football scholarship. He received his B.S. from Iowa State and went on to acquire his MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He now resides in Clive with his wife, Lendie and their five children, Michael, Tony, Sophia, Anna, and Mia. In his free time Angelo has a passion for the outdoors, especially hunting and golf, and also enjoys reading American history.

Grady Holt is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. He grew up on a farm in Northeast Iowa and studied Finance and Economics at Central College in Pella, Iowa. He began his career as a stockbroker at Dickinson & Co in Des Moines in 1996 and has held various positions in many industry support roles, including advisory leadership, investment management, trading, supervision, and compliance. From 2017 to 2026, Grady was with the Principal Financial Group, where he served in two roles: Market Director, Advisory, leading sales efforts for the Principal Securities’ investment advisory platform and partnering with advisors to help grow their advisory businesses; and Director, Advisory Products, overseeing Principal Securities’ fee-based product lineup and driving enhancements across features, services, and policies. Grady joined Morgan Stanley as an Associate Market Manager in June 2026. He resides in Urbandale, Iowa with his wife, Michelle and their six children. He enjoys all things Iowa Hawkeyes sports, playing golf, and spending time with family, and received his B.A. from Central College and his MBA from the University of Iowa.

Tiffany began her career in the financial industry at Morgan Stanley in Chicago as a Regional Marketing Associate with the Investment Management group. She held that position for eight years before leaving to stay home with her children. She is currently back at Morgan Stanley and holds the position of Iowa/Nebraska Complex Administrator.

Tiffany received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa. She resides in Clive, Iowa with her husband and five children.

I joined Morgan Stanley in April 2021, as a Business Service Officer. I have been a Complex MBSO since September of 2021. I started my career in Financial Services as an intern in college. After graduating I became a Sales Assistant, which is the role that I became registered in. I have served as a Branch Operations Manager, Auditor, Risk Analyst and Supervision Director through the twenty years of my career. I currently hold the Series 7, 66, 9, 10 & 24.

I live in St. Louis with my significant other, Mike, and our two dogs. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and finding new hobbies. I recently took up scuba diving, including a certification as a mine diver.

Anna Steele began her career in the financial industry in 1999 as a client service associate with the Lincoln Nebraska Smith Barney office. Over the years she has served as a Consulting Group Analyst, Branch Administrator, Complex Risk Officer and was promoted to her current role, First Vice President Senior Complex Risk Officer, in May 2013.

Anna earned a BA in Psychology from Marian University as well as her master’s degree in legal studies from the University of Nebraska Law School.

EJ Lillwitz, First Vice President, joined Morgan Stanley in 2014 as a Risk Officer. Having started her career as a Receptionist with a competitor firm in 2006, she has held various roles in the industry on her path to her current position. EJ attended the University of Iowa obtaining a BA in Anthropology, Certificate in American Indian Native Studies and a Spanish Minor. EJ’s background allows her to approach her current role as Risk Officer, from a unique perspective.

EJ lives in Polk City with her husband, their 2 children and 2 dogs. The Lillwitz family stays busy with kid’s activities including football and softball, but can most often be found at an ice rink watching or participating in a hockey game.
