About Gregg W Gravenstine
a. Gregg is a senior member of the Integritis Wealth Management Group which consists of three seasoned professionals and two support staff personnel. We have collectively over 120 plus years of investment experience with diverse backgrounds, ranging from chemical engineering to economics and psychology.
Gregg practices goal-oriented, financial planning which integrates a client’s goals, values, concerns and risk tolerance helping them address all of aspects of their financial future. His approach requires a comprehensive lifestyle analysis incorporating retirement plan strategies, charitable intentions and generational wealth transfers within an asset allocation framework.
Gregg has both a technical and a financial background. He trained as a Chemical Engineer, and his 30+ years of investment experience gives him a distinct, data-driven perspective on portfolio construction and management.
Gregg earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, where he minored in Business Administration. Along with being a Senior Vice-President, he is a Family Wealth Director at Morgan Stanley which represents less than 2% of all Morgan Stanley advisors. The FWD education and training position him to be uniquely qualified to serve the Ultra High Net Worth family. It requires a commitment to utilize a more holistic wealth planning approach that incorporates more than just asset management, tax or estate planning. Gregg has received recognition as a Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisor from 2019-2025. He is an avid golfer and enjoys the outdoors having trekked to Mount Everest Base Camp, Machu Picchu and Kilimanjaro. He also enjoys exercising along with woodworking and spending time with his wife and children.

About Maxwell J Gravenstine
Max is one of the team’s primary financial advisors. As a CFP® Professional, Max takes a holistic planning approach towards our clients and works with them to create in-depth strategies to achieve their goals. These strategies incorporate investment/cash flow planning, insurance analysis, wealth transfer planning, and beyond. About Michele McDowell
Michele oversees our Client Management System, providing reports and materials to keep clients informed. She handles day-to-day client requests including establishing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, distributing funds and answering questions.
She has been in the industry since 1999; she has served as a mutual fund transfer agent, a call center representative and a senior trading desk representative. Michele joined our team in 2002. She earned a BA in Psychology with a concentration in Communications Studies from West Chester University.
Michele is a member of the 21st Ward Sports Hall of Fame as well as the Roxborough High School Sports Hall of Fame. She is a lifelong resident of Roxborough, and enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and their family dog.

About Joe Muziani
Joe was born and raised in South/Southwest Philadelphia. Joe began his career with Merrill Lynch on December 8, 1980. He started in Center City Philly, spending 8 years there. Joe left Philly in October 1988 to start Operations Manager training, then in May 1989, went to work for a 3-million-dollar producer, where he worked for the next 3 years.
In April 1992, Joe moved onto Somerset, NJ to take on a supervisory role. He was there until October 1993 when he was accepted into the Service Manager Program. In July 1995 became the Service Manager of the South Jersey Complex (was Gregg and Rob’s Ops Manager back then). He worked there until the end of 1999 and went on the do the same for the Princeton Complex. Joe spent 4 years there before moving to the Philadelphia Complex. In November 2005, Joe was promoted to Regional Client Relationship Manager for Pennsylvania, based in Wayne, PA. He was named Regional CRM of the year in 2007. His regional role ended in 2010, but Joe continued as CRM for the Delaware Main Line Complex and again with the Princeton Complex.
In September 2014, Joe retired from Merrill Lynch with just under 34 years of service to join Morgan Stanley. He has spent the last ten years assisting several teams.
Joe met his wife Dawn while in Somerset, NJ. They have been married 30 years and have three daughters: Amanda (29), Julia (27) and Jessica (25). They have a 3 ½ year old Granddaughter, a three-year-old granddaughter and a two-year-old grandson and another granddaughter due in June 2025.
Joe volunteers his time at his local parish in Hamilton, NJ. He taught Religious Education to 2nd grade students for 11 years. He is a member of their School Board and is also a Lector, Eucharistic Minister, and Altar Server. Joe is a 3rd Degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
In his remaining spare time, Joe enjoys watching the Phillies/Eagles/Sixers/Flyers, cooking and listening to all kinds of music.
