About Michael Green
Michael L. Green is a Market Executive for Morgan Stanley’s Indiana Central Illinois Market. He is responsible for the leadership and supervision of financial advisors and staff who provide complex wealth management solutions for some of the area’s most significant corporations, unions, endowments, and high net worth families.
Michael has been with Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms since 1991. During this tenure, Michael has served the firm in numerous leadership capacities, notably:

In his current role as a Market Executive, Michael takes pride in leading and motivating advisors and teams towards building thriving, modern businesses that deliver better outcomes for clients.
In addition to his roles within the firm, Michael has been very active in the community. In September 2019, Michael climbed 19,341 ft. to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest point in Africa, raising $25,000 for the Susan G. Komen Foundation in honor of his sister and many others who have fought breast cancer. Additionally, he led the establishment of a philanthropic series of fundraisers where employees own one month per year, form teams and raise money for the non-profit of their choice. This effort has raised thousands of dollars to help those in need within southeast Michigan. In addition, Michael contributes his time and resources to Gleaners Food Bank, Detroit’s Save Our Children, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Leader Dogs for the Blind, and the American Red Cross’ bottled water and water filtration distribution efforts in Flint, Michigan during that city’s ongoing contaminated water crisis. He has served on the board of directors of the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, Herbert Hoover Boys and Girls Club, the Saint Louis Community College Foundation and the Foundation for the Black Repertory Theatre of Saint Louis. Additionally, Michael was a member of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges.
He is an active member of Sigma Pi Phi (The Boulé), a post-graduate fraternity comprised of African American men throughout the country who are focused on making a difference in their communities. Michael continues dedicate his time and appreciation through Boulé’s philanthropic efforts.
Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree in management and marketing from Capital University and he is a graduate of Saint Charles Preparatory School, both located in Bexley, Ohio.
Michael enjoys; golf, fishing, boating, coaching youth basketball and watching his children participate in several sports and artistic endeavors. He and his wife, Lynda, reside in Westfield, Indiana. They have 3 children: 31-year-old son Michael Jr. and 13-year-old twins, Quinn and Kennedy.
