Tige joined Smith Barney in as a Financial Advisor Associate in Kansas City in September of 2000. After completing the training program, Tige moved to South Florida and continued his practice as a Financial Advisor in the West Palm Beach, Florida Branch. In March of 2005, Tige obtained his Supervisory Licenses and was asked to assume the role of Producing Branch Manager in a satellite office in Wellington, Florida. In Wellington, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Branch and managed 12 Financial Advisors and 4 Support Staff. Tige built his business prospecting non-profit organizations and conducting Retirement Planning Seminars. Tige joined the National Development Center in Warren, New Jersey in May of 2007 where he was one of 8 National Development Officers responsible for delivering the training curriculum for Smith Barney’s Training Program. Tige and his colleagues trained over 2,500 newly hired financial advisors during his tenure at the Warren training facility. In February of 2009, Tige joined the Post Oak Branch in Houston, TX as the Sales Manager and in September of 2009 was awarded the Complex Business Development Officer role for the newly formed Post Oak Complex at the merger with Morgan Stanley. In January 2014, Tige was promoted to Branch Manager of Downtown Houston where he served 55 Financial Advisors with specialists in Middle Markets, Corporate Services, International Wealth Management and Private Wealth Management.

Tige was promoted to Market Manager, Private Wealth Management, in Washington, DC. In 2021. His responsibilities include Flagship Teams from Baltimore through the Carolina’s. PWM is a group of 500 plus Advisors inside of Morgan Stanley that caters to Ultra High Net Worth clients and families, typically with assets over $5million.

In May of 2025, Tige returned to Houston as the Market Manager for the Greater Houston Market which includes offices in Downtown, The Woodlands, West Houston, Sugarland, Clearlake and Beaumont.

In 2017, Tige was recognized as one of the Top 100 Branch Managers by On Wall Street as part of their Annual Branch Manager Awards.

September 15th, 2025 will mark Tige’s 25th anniversary with Morgan Stanley.

Tige has 2 daughters Lily (18) and Ella (16). His hobbies include exercising, golf, fishing, and most any and all sporting events!

Diana DeVille brings 26 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Diana started her career in operations at First Union Securities (Wachovia) in 1999, quickly becoming a Registered Service Associate and a Branch Manager’s Assistant in 2001. She has worked with several FA teams thru the years, but her passion for serving her fellow employees led her into the Branch Admin role in 2015. After serving side by side with branch management, Diana passed her series 9/10 in August of 2022. Giving her the opportunity to be promoted to the Service Leadership Team and to continue the tradition of excellence in the Greater Houston Area Market as Assistant Vice President, Business Service Officer.
