My Story and Services

My interest in finance began during my high school years at Kaiser High School when I met my accounting teacher, Mrs. Kubota, who taught me about investing. I got my first job at the Hawaii Kai library at 15 years old as a book shelver and started investing at an early age. It changed my life. I wanted everyone else to experience the benefits of making good financial choices, so I turned my passion for finance into a career.

As Morgan Stanley Financial Advisor, my first priority is to understand you and your goals. Whether it is to plan for a comfortable retirement, helping to ensure that you do not outlive your money, pass on a business or fund your children's education, I am dedicated to understanding your unique "whys" and coming up with strategies to help you accomplish your goals.

I have over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry in various roles, the most recent being a financial advisor at Edward Jones. Before that, I was a wealth advisor in the Bank of Hawaii trust department. During my time at Bank of Hawaii, I obtained my CFP® certification. Prior to that, I worked as a financial analyst at Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company in Irvine, CA, where I was on a team that helped executives, CEOs and high net worth clients manage their wealth. I am also fluent in Korean.
