My Mission Statement
My Story
As the Corporate Retirement Director for the Stotz Broscious Group team and a 20+ year veteran in the industry, Heather's principal focus is helping corporate and individual clients with all areas of retirement planning. Heather holds both the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) from the College of Financial Planning as well as the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) from the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
CORPORATE RETIREMENT PLANS FOR BUSINESS OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES:
On the corporate front, Heather helps business owners install, monitor and benchmark their workplace retirement plans. She consults on plan design, recordkeeper choice and provides ongoing trustee services, employee education, enrollment and support. With the backing of Morgan Stanley resources, Heather provides a robust service and engagement model to her business clients and their employees.
PLANNING FOR INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND WOMEN IN TRANSITION:
Heather recognizes that there are many challenges and transitions that happen as we move through life and planning is key to navigating those challenges successfully. Heather enjoys connecting with individuals and couples transitioning to retirement, as well as women in transition to strategize living successfully in the here and now while building the framework for a fruitful future.
HEATHER'S "WHY":
Heather has seen first-hand how planning can help through life's challenges. Her father was also a financial advisor and he passed away in 2020 after a 5-year battle against glioblastoma brain cancer. She witnessed how her parents solid planning provided her mother financial confidence and support during her time of grieving as she transitioned to becoming a widow. Planning is the core of her work with her clients to help navigate both the good and the hard times.
When Heather is not at work, she considers herself "retired on the weekends" with her husband, Mike, who retired after 24 years with the Federal Government. She is also a hockey mom to son, Jack, and you will often find her at the rink announcing games. She enjoys golfing, cooking, Pilates, being a hockey mom and traveling with her family and friends.
