About Jeffrey M. Lubin

Jeff Lubin brings over 30 years of experience in the wealth management industry and currently serves as the Managing Director and Market Executive for Morgan Stanley’s Greater Chesapeake Market. Jeff is responsible for overseeing a team of more than 350 employees, including a dedicated group of managers, across six locations in Maryland and Delaware. These locations include Downtown Baltimore, Columbia, Hunt Valley, and Lutherville in Maryland, as well as Greenville, and Rehoboth Beach in Delaware.

Under Jeff's leadership, the Greater Chesapeake Market has thrived by fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. His approach emphasizes the importance of delivering an exceptional client experience through a comprehensive, goals-based wealth management strategy. This strategy is meticulously designed to help enhance clients' financial well-being by aligning their personal aspirations with tailored financial strategies. Jeff holds the CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®™ designation. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Maryland, which he earned in 1992. It was during his time at the university that he met his wife, Nicole. Together, they reside in the historic Guilford neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland. They are proud parents of two children,
Jack and Lindsay.

About Prince C. Thomas

Prince C. Thomas serves as the Associate Market Manager (AMM) and Senior Vice President for the Greater Chesapeake Market at Morgan Stanley. With over 23 years of experience in financial services, he works closely with Market Executive, Jeff Lubin, to manage the Greater Chesapeake Market, which includes over 350 financial professionals and $58 billion in assets undermanagement as of 10/31/25 across six offices.

Throughout his career at Morgan Stanley, Prince has successfully navigated significant market events such as the Tech Bubble, the Great Recession, the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Joint Venture, and the Pandemic. This experience has provided him with valuable insights and expertise. “I’ve literally grown up with the Firm,” he says proudly. 

Prince is recognized for his leadership skills and his ability to anticipate the needs of both his team and financial professionals. “I am committed to help Financial Advisors in Transitions.” Prince is dedicated to supporting Financial Advisors through pivotal transitions, including entering the business, joining Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, forming teams, and planning for retirement. He effectively utilizes AI and technology to boost Financial Advisors productivity and client engagement. His strong communication skills enable him to simplify complex issues for better understanding.

Starting as a Financial Advisor, Prince advanced through roles including Training Specialist, Sales Manager, and Business Development Officer before becoming an Associate Market Manager. He is recognized as a top-performing AMM as he previously co-chaired the AMM Advisory Council, enhancing communication between AMMs and Senior Management.

Outside of work, Prince enjoys deejaying, supporting Philadelphia sports teams, traveling, and running. He is also an active volunteer within local Baltimore organizations.
