About Me
I was born and raised in Missouri, where I grew up surrounded by the values of hard work and education. After graduating from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 I embarked on my financial career with a unique start, trading Crude Oil, Coffee, and Cocoa derivatives on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Following this time in New York, I expanded my horizons by becoming a Market Maker in the Netherlands, where I spent five years trading Equity derivatives. This international experience not only honed my skills but also gave me a global perspective on the financial markets.
In early 2014, I was invited to join Merrill Lynch's Wealth Management division. I spent an enriching 8.5 years there, focusing on developing strategies for affluent individuals, their families, and their businesses, helping them pursue their short- and long-term financial goals.
For the past two years, I have been proud to serve as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. My primary focus is on providing personalized financial advice to professionals, leveraging my extensive experience and deep understanding of the financial markets.
I am married to my wonderful wife, Sasha, an Internal Medicine Physician, and we have two delightful children, Ruby and Grant. Family is incredibly important to me, and I cherish every moment spent with them. I am the middle child of 3 boys. My mother, a Doctor of Music, and my father, a Doctor of Medicine, have always been sources of inspiration for me.
When I'm not working, I enjoy indulging in my hobbies, which include playing golf, basketball, and working with local charities serving underserved communities.
I am a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Legal Studies. In July of 2016, I attained my CFP® professional credential.
