Our Story

Steven Gottlieb and Spencer Horowitz relationship started over 15 years ago and has only grown since. While Steven was working as a successful advisor, Spencer was working as a high school student. Spencer had a fascination for the markets which Steven continued to nurture and mentor.

As Spencer went on to college and eventually became a golf Professional Steven continued to serve his clients and grow the practice. Eventually the two would be reconnected as Spencer decided to leave golf and join Morgan Stanley in Atlanta.

Steven was once again giving Spencer advice, but now as a advisor himself. In 2020 the pair decided to join forces so that their clients could receive the best possible service.

About Spencer Horowitz

Spencer Horowitz is a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Spencer helps business owners, corporate executives, and high-net-worth families with portfolio management, comprehensive wealth planning, pre-liquidity planning, and retirement planning.

Spencer received his Bachelor of Science from the Florida State University College of Business. Upon graduation, he pursued a career as a professional golfer. After a few years of playing and teaching at some of the top golf courses around the country he made a career change into Wealth Management.
Spencer started his career in Wealth Management at E*TRADE working with both families and active traders. In 2018 Spencer joined Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor and has since been recognized by Morgan Stanley as a Pacesetter Member. He holds both Series 7, 63 and Series 66 licenses.

Spencer utilizes the unparalleled resources of Morgan Stanley as well as his team’s vast experience and intellectual capital to help clients find solutions to their complex financial needs. He has developed his skills working in several capacities at Morgan Stanley, including as a financial planner, analyst, and advisor. These diverse roles allow him to draw from several perspectives when crafting a financial strategy for clients. Whether he’s working with a C-suite executive, a multigenerational family, or a business owner, Spencer believes firmly in the importance of developing both short and long-term financial goals, and he is particularly committed to providing education and advisory across generations to prepare young people for financial success.

In his free time, Spencer is an avid golfer, an active member at Temple Emanu-El, and enjoys going to the beach. He currently resides in Atlanta with his wife Madison.

About Lisa Vizzone

Lisa Vizzone is a Portfolio Associate with the Gottlieb Horowitz Group and has spent over 20 years providing superior client service. Highly detail-oriented, she is dedicated to the administration and management of complex client service issues while providing a World-Class service experience.
Lisa began her career as a Sales Assistant at Merrill Lynch in 1982, after she graduated from Kean University with a B.S. degree in Finance. She later joined Smith Barney and began working with Steven Gottlieb in 2005. She has been an integral part of the team for 17 years. Lisa holds her Series 7 and Series 66 security licenses and has obtained the Morgan Stanley designation of Portfolio Associate.
Lisa currently resides with her family in Roseland and enjoys spending summers at the Jersey shore, swimming and cooking for family and friends.
