About George Littrell III
I focus my practice around the planning process and work with clients to continually implement strategies and evaluate preformance. I work with clients to develop portfolios that fit their income and growth goals, with guidance provided by the Global Investment Committee of Morgan Stanley. My holistic approach to finances helps me coordinate all of my clients' financial needs; including retirement income planning, estate planning strategies, risk management, liability management and funding education.
I have worked for over 20 years in the financial services industry and am Series 7, 63 and 65 licensed since 1993.
I spend my free time with my family and giving back to my community. I am involved with many Frederick County non-profit organizations.

About Kevin Jackson
Kevin Jackson joined Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor in 2019. Prior to this, he spent over 20 years in commercial banking where he worked extensively with small business owners. His experience in the commercial space helped him form strong relationships with the individuals and businesses he worked with and he desired to work more closely with these contacts. Thus, Kevin was motivated to become a Financial Advisor where he could assist people as they transition into important stages of their lives and begin to pass on their wealth. He is driven by a passion to help people feel more comfortable entering retirement and confident in their accumulation of wealth.
With his extensive industry knowledge and attention to detail, Kevin makes sure to closely listen to all of his clients and truly understand their goals before recommending a plan. By doing so, Kevin is able to offer customized strategies specific to each client’s individual risk profile. About Catherine Cretella
Cathy Cretella is a Portfolio Associate with the Frederick Spires Team. She has been with Morgan Stanley for over 15 years and is responsible for helping clients manage their personal, business, and cash management accounts with the highest level of personal service and integrity. With her in-depth knowledge of brokerage operations, she not only understands how to address each client’s concerns, she also knows how to anticipate them as well. Her work ethic and extensive experience make her the go-to person to address anything our clients may need, from investment transactions to financial planning. Cathy is registered with the Series 7 and 66.
Cathy is a graduate of Mt. St. Mary’s University with a degree in Business and Finance. She lives in New Market with her husband and three children and spends time volunteering with her children’s sports teams and their church.

About Roseanne Clingerman
Roseanne Clingerman began her role as a Client Service Associate with Frederick Spires Group in September of 2022. She has over 20 years of experience in retail banking, and recently decided to switch paths to Morgan Stanley. With Roseanne’s expertise in customer service and support, and extensive knowledge of the industry, she is a valued member of the team and ensures the client experience is seamless and pleasant for all.
