About Richard Fitzburgh

Prior to becoming a Managing Director, Richard was a Managing Director at RBC Wealth Management. Richard has been honored by numerous publications as one of the top wealth managers in the industry. During his time at RBC, Richard was recognized as Financial Times "Top 400 Financial Advisors" in 2016 and 2017, Forbes "Best in State Wealth Advisors" in 2019, 2020 and 2021, and Who's Who Worldwide in 2002 and 2003. When coming to Morgan Stanley, Richard and his team brought a combined 45+ years of Financial Advising experience. It is this experience that allows the Fitzburgh McGuire Group to work closely with their clients to provide a holistic financial planning process. Richard also works with a broad range of trust and estate attorneys in order to generate comprehensive estate planning strategies.

Richard takes a full-service approach with his clients. This includes assisting them with insurance needs, lending solutions, asset-protection trusts and sophisticated tax strategies as part of their overall wealth planning. The team also places an emphasis on servicing clients in professional money management arena. Richard works extensively with corporations as well—building 401(k) plans, ESOPs, developing pension and profit-sharing options and defined benefit plans. He regularly collaborates with Morgan Stanley’s top investment bankers on client strategies.

Over time, Richard developed a series of events that help distinguish his practice from others. These include an annual investment conference solely for his clients featuring well-known economic professionals with valuable perspectives on global topics. Other events focus on art and culture, notably the tremendously successful Art Basel Miami art fair, which connects clients with interest in the arts to internationally renowned artists—providing three days of insider experiences at this venue.

Outside of work, he is an active member of the community and an advocate for gender equality, founding "The Foundation For Gender Equality" as well as sitting on the United Nations Conference "A Call to Action for Gender Equality" in 2016.

About R. Samuel McGuire

R. Samuel McGuire is a financial advisor for high-net-worth individuals and corporations. Sam holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. About Jesus Medina

Jesus began his career in the Financial Service Industry over 12 years ago, serving in a number of roles within Wealth Management. After serving as a Financial Advisor and Branch Supervisor, Jesus joined the Fitzburgh McGuire Group in April of 2018. Since that point, the team transitioned to Morgan Stanley from RBC Wealth Management, where he now holds the Senior Client Service Associate title.

It is this diverse work history that gives Jesus a unique advantage when serving the team. Jesus acts as the initial point of contact for clients, fielding any type of question, regardless of account type or portfolio. Having the experience of a Financial Advisor allows him to take a holistic perspective when serving the needs of the clients. In addition, his experience allows him to communicate the perspective of the clients to Richard and Sam in a highly effective way.

Jesus also acts as group coordinator, establishing a series of art and cultural events ranging from art exhibits in Miami to annual investment conferences with some of the biggest names from a diverse group of fields.

Jesus is originally from Lima, Peru, but now resides in New York City. In his free time, he enjoys playing chess, soccer both competitively and for fun, and exploring the city.

Jesus currently holds his Series 7 license and is working towards obtaining his Series 66 license.

About Camilla Estevao Davis

Camilla joined the Fitzburgh McGuire group in November 2022, as a Client Service Associate. She provides support to the team and its clients. Camilla has over 7 years of experience in the investments industry, previously she worked at Bank Bradesco as a Registered Equity Sales Assistant and at Atalanta Sosnoff as a Research Assistant.

Originally born in Brazil, Camilla is bilingual (Portuguese and English). Currently she holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
