Hugh has over 30 years’ experience working with affluent professionals, business owners and their families. He has been named to his firm’s President’s Council over 20 times throughout his career. He splits his time between offices in Naples, Fl and Lafayette, LA.

Ross has over 20 years' experience in the financial services industry and was named Forbes Magazine’s list of Best-in- State Wealth Advisors for 2020 and 2021. In addition to all required industry licenses Ross currently hold his Series 3 Commodities License as well as the titles of Senior Vice President - Wealth Management and Senior Portfolio Manager. After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting, he went on to receive his MBA from the B.I. Moody School of Business at the University. His wife Jamie is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and has been in practice for 11 years at Manual Medical Clinic in Lafayette. Ross and Jamie have two sons Peyton and Braxton.

Skip has worked as a Financial Advisor since 2007. In 2015 he joined the Fisher/Woodring Group in Lafayette Louisiana. Shortly after joining the team, Skip began pursuing and successfully completed the process of achieving the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. Skip's role on the team includes the analysis of existing and prospective client portfolios, individual securities and comprehensive planning to help achieve each clients stated goals.

Susan has been in the financial services industry for over 35 years through various levels of operations as well as client facing roles. She brings a wealth of knowledge and tremendous work ethic to provide a crucial function to the effectiveness of our team. With a focus and dedication to providing accurate and timely client service she provides all aspects of administrative needs of the client. Susan holds her series 7, 63, 9 and 10 licenses. She is married to Doug and they have two children, Kary and Charley, and six grandchildren.

Lauren has been in the financial services industry for 9 years, and worked in client relations for over 18 years. Originally from the Midwest she received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Missouri. Before joining the team in 2019, Lauren worked in banking at Chase Bank. Her and her husband Jon have two children Avery and Landon.
