About Susan Mohacey

Susan has been in the financial services industry for 18 years. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 having previously worked for The Haverford Trust Company in the role of investment officer. Susan focuses on client support and operational needs providing quality service including daily client communication and account opening and maintenance along with cash management solutions. She holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Prior to working in the financial industry, Susan was the owner of a successful transcription company for 15 years.

Susan holds a BS Degree in Marketing from Philadelphia University and enjoys gardening and spending time with her family. Susan lives in Chalfont, PA with her husband Paul and their children.

About Jim Kaiser

Jim Kaiser is a Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley providing dedicated financial planning support to Financial Advisors and their teams. Operating as an extension of the FA/Team, he collaborates with clients to discover and define goals that matter most to them. Leveraging state of the art technology, he will evaluate various options and their potential outcomes to help clients confidently choose the appropriate course of action. Jim provides expertise across a wide suite of Morgan Stanley planning tools designed to assist in the areas of investment accumulation, retirement, education, major purchase, cash flow, risk management, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer planning.

He earned his undergraduate degree from The King’s College and received the Financial Planning Specialist® designation from the College for Financial Planning. Jim is originally from St. Louis, MO and currently resides in New York City.
