Our Mission Statement
Our Story
"The only constant in life is change." This old adage is especially true when it comes to personal finance. Throughout our lives, major events—marriage, retirement, the birth of a child or grandchild, divorce or the loss of a loved one—can create meaningful shifts in our financial circumstances, priorities and plans for the future.
What do you want?
More time with family, meaningful experiences, travel, flexibility or the freedom to make a change.
What do you need?
A thoughtful plan for income, expenses, healthcare, family responsibilities, financial risk and the unexpected.
What do you hope for?
Opportunities for your children and grandchildren, a fulfilling retirement, a smooth business transition or the ability to support a cause that matters to you.
What do you dream of?
A life lived with greater purpose, a legacy that reflects your values and the confidence to enjoy what you have built.

About Kenneth P Maestas
He partners with clients in a very personal way, starting with the simple question of what matters most right now and what they hope life will look like in the years ahead. Together, they map out short-, medium-, and long-term goals, and then Ken helps turn those hopes into a practical wealth management plan that fits the reality of everyday life. When things change—as they always do—he stays close to the process, offering calm, thoughtful guidance designed to help clients protect what they’ve built and keep moving forward with confidence.
Before joining the Clearwater Group, Ken spent 25 years as a Certified Public Accountant, working in auditing, taxation, and litigation support, including serving as an expert witness. He no longer practices as a CPA, but that background still shows up in the way he supports clients. He’s the kind of advisor who looks at the full picture, not just the investments, and he’s known for weighing both sides of a personal balance sheet with care. He brings a steady, detail-focused mindset, because he knows the small choices can matter a lot over time.
Ken earned his BA in Accounting Information Systems and Business Management from Idaho State University. He is also a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist®, reflecting his focus on building retirement plans that are tailored, structured, and built to last.
Outside of work, Ken’s life is rooted in family. He and his wife, Keri, have four adult children and several grandchildren, and that sense of family connection shapes how he sees the world—protect what you love, plan with intention, and be present for the moments that matter. Long before his business career, Ken worked as a wildland firefighter, and that experience still echoes in his calm approach under pressure. These days, he and Keri stay active—running, walking, paddle boarding, and white-water rafting—especially when it means spending time outdoors and exploring the rivers of the Northwest.

About Randy Norris
I’m Randy Norris, and I’m a wealth management professional who helps individuals, families, and business owners make confident decisions through life’s biggest financial transitions.
Because my father served in the U.S. Navy, I grew up moving frequently and learning how to adapt quickly to new places and new people. Living in a variety of communities—from Utah and Connecticut to Scotland—shaped my perspective early. It taught me the value of discipline, responsibility, and staying open-minded, and those lessons still guide the way I work with clients today.
I began my career in pharmaceutical sales at Merck & Company, where I discovered that what I enjoyed most was helping people directly—listening, solving problems, and building trust over time. That realization ultimately led me to wealth management, where I could have an even more personal, long-term impact on people’s lives.
I joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 and have been proud to build my career there—serving as both a Financial Advisor and a Branch Manager in Kennewick, Washington and Boise, Idaho. Over time, I made a deliberate decision to focus my practice on helping clients navigate complex financial moments with clarity and purpose. That commitment is also what brought me to Clarkston, Washington, where I’m honored to serve this community while also working with clients across the country.
One of the most meaningful parts of my work is helping clients plan for significant liquidity events—such as retirement, the sale of a business, or other major financial milestones. I enjoy helping people think through how to responsibly use what they’ve built to support the life they want, while also planning for the legacy they hope to leave to the people and organizations that matter most to them.
Outside of the office, I’m married to Lee Ann, who grew up in the LC Valley. We have two adult children, and it’s been a joy to watch them begin building their own families. We appreciate the quieter life in Clarkston, and when we’re not spending time with family, you can often find us enjoying the outdoors—especially in the saddle on our horses, Alibi and Gus.
I look forward to learning more about your story and helping you define—and pursue—your personal vision of financial success.
