My Story

I joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 with a goal and passion to help people.  As a Financial Advisor, I am privileged to work with amazing people every day, and help guide them toward achieving their unique financial goals.

Prior to Morgan Stanley, I represented Merck & Company consulting with highly educated medical practitioners, regarding appropriate medication usage. During these years, I gained an appreciation for the need of continued education. That appreciation has stayed with me in my advisory practice.

I married my wonderful wife Lee Ann in 1999, and we have experienced a number of moves as a family.  We have lived in Washington State, Indiana, and now Idaho.  In 2015, an opportunity presented itself to relocate to the Boise Area, and we jumped on it.  With our two teenage children, we spend a lot of time enjoying all that the area provides.  When I’m not in the office, you are likely to find us skiing, hiking, or biking around town or in the foothills. I am actively involved in a local Boy Scouts of America troop, and love helping out with local charities.

Working With You

Randy Norris is a Boise Idaho based financial advisor that works with high net-worth Families. We have developed and refined a process that enables us to help discover and organize the financial "puzzle pieces" of our clients lives and create a unique "Family Financial Picture". By utilizing our Goals Based Wealth Management Approach, we are able to develop, deliver, and deploy a unique financial strategy that is built around the unique goals of our clients and their families.

Randy also works with business owners, founders, and corporate executives who are planning for large liquidity events, such as an initial public offering or selling a business.

    My Family

    I married my wonderful wife, Lee Ann, in 1999. We had met a church activity for single adults and we never looked back. Throughout our lives together, we have excepted every adventure that life as thrown at us, and enjoyed the ride. We have lived in multiple cities in Washington State, Indiana, and now Idaho.

    In 2015, an opportunity presented itself to relocate to the Boise Area, and we jumped on it. We have two teenage children, and we spend a lot of time enjoying all that the area provides. When I’m not in the office, you are likely to find us skiing, hiking, or biking around town or in the foothills. We are actively involved in our church, and helping make sure our kids enjoy their favorite extra-curricular activities (currently Volleyball and Mountain Biking).
