About Randy Norris
I’m Randy Norris, and I’m a wealth management professional who helps individuals, families, and business owners make confident decisions through life’s biggest financial transitions.
Because my father served in the U.S. Navy, I grew up moving frequently and learning how to adapt quickly to new places and new people. Living in a variety of communities—from Utah and Connecticut to Scotland—shaped my perspective early. It taught me the value of discipline, responsibility, and staying open-minded, and those lessons still guide the way I work with clients today.
I began my career in pharmaceutical sales at Merck & Company, where I discovered that what I enjoyed most was helping people directly—listening, solving problems, and building trust over time. That realization ultimately led me to wealth management, where I could have an even more personal, long-term impact on people’s lives.
I joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 and have been proud to build my career there—serving as both a Financial Advisor and a Branch Manager in Kennewick, Washington and Boise, Idaho. Over time, I made a deliberate decision to focus my practice on helping clients navigate complex financial moments with clarity and purpose. That commitment is also what brought me to Clarkston, Washington, where I’m honored to serve this community while also working with clients across the country.
One of the most meaningful parts of my work is helping clients plan for significant liquidity events—such as retirement, the sale of a business, or other major financial milestones. I enjoy helping people think through how to responsibly use what they’ve built to support the life they want, while also planning for the legacy they hope to leave to the people and organizations that matter most to them.
Outside of the office, I’m married to Lee Ann, who grew up in the LC Valley. We have two adult children, and it’s been a joy to watch them begin building their own families. We appreciate the quieter life in Clarkston, and when we’re not spending time with family, you can often find us enjoying the outdoors—especially in the saddle on our horses, Alibi and Gus.
