About Michael Malz
Mike has 27 years of experience consulting affluent families, business owners and employers regarding their qualified and non-qualified plans by delivering investment services to both plan sponsors and participants. His practice is built on the principles of honesty, transparency, attention to detail and commitment to client goals - these core beliefs remain the foundation of his practice today. Mike is a member of Graystone Consulting, the institutional consulting division within Morgan Stanley. He was awarded the distinguished Corporate Retirement Director (CRD) designation within Morgan Stanley. The CRD designation recognizes financial advisors who have dedicated their practice to helping corporate clients manage all aspects of their retirement plans. Mike works with Plan Sponsors, Trustees and Investment Committees to assist them in managing their fiduciary duties. He has extensive experience in helping plan sponsors develop Investment Policy Statements, analyze investment managers, educate participants, conduct plan benchmarking and manage RFP’s. Mike also obtained MS's Financial Wellness Director designation for his dedication to improving retirement plan participant financial literacy. Mike earned Morgan Stanley’s Governmental Entity Specialist (GES) designation due to his background of consulting with municipalities. He is also a Global Sports & Entertainment Director and is committed to helping families, celebrities and athletes’ structure and implement personalized financial plans.

About David Gossett
David Gossett, CFA®, QPA®, CRPS® is the Director of Business Strategy with Graystone Consulting, operating out of the team’s Cleveland, Ohio office. With over 12 years of technical consulting experience in the qualified plan domain, David joined Graystone Consulting in 2015. His contributions have been pivotal in enhancing technical retirement plan design, addressing regulatory compliance challenges, spearheading vendor negotiations, refining institutional reporting practices, and spearheading research and strategy initiatives. David is also involved in the group’s model delivery, equity, fixed income, ETF, alternatives, and recordkeeper due diligence, bolstering Graystone’s positioning at the forefront of the industry in both qualitative research and quantitative efficiency.

Julie has 10 years of financial services experience working with wealth management and corporate retirement plan clients. She is focused on delivering exceptional service and timely and accurate reporting to our clients. She is responsible for our institutional billing, client reporting and addressing operational and administrative inquiries for the Graystone Metro NY | Allentown | Cleveland team. Additionally, she provides support for Adrianne Fox and the team for our wealth management client inquiries and action items.
Her prior experience within financial services was with Credit Suisse where she was a Vice President and was responsible for running the Equity Capital Markets business for the Private Bank. Prior to that she worked as a Client Service Associate and Branch Manager assistant during her time at Credit Suisse. She was awarded the OneCSFB award for her work on the Google Dutch Auction IPO.
Julie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Delaware in 2000. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Clay, and two children, Avery, and Sean. Robert McPeake brings 4 years of industry experience to Morgan Stanley, focused in portfolio management, investment implementation, and administrative operations. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Robert worked at SEI, where he was responsible for overseeing investment strategies and ensuring seamless portfolio execution. Robert also, previously contributed to Vanguards renowned investment team, refining their expertise in asset allocation and performance analysis. Robert is a graduate from Temple University, Fox School of Business. Robert holds a solid foundation in finance and investment management and is committed to leveraging his skills to deliver strategic solutions and enhance overall client experience. About Lynn King
Lynn R. King is a Family Office Resource Generalist for the Mid-America region. She has over 15 years of experience working with families, family offices, and their attorneys, CPAs and financial advisors on issues unique to the UHNW client. Lynn started her career as an attorney in Illinois working with closely held businesses across the country on a broad range of topics, including entity structuring, estate planning, business succession and tax. She then joined New York Life Insurance as a Corporate Vice President in their Advanced Planning Group. In this role she expanded on her experience from private practice and engaged with clients on complex business and personal planning needs.
