Our Mission Statement
Working with clients like you to build financial independence through customized investment & financial strategies designed to suit YOU - we help you preserve & grow wealth for all of life's goals.
Our Story
The Cibola Group has been built to provide our clients with
excellent service, advice and investment management. With over 135 years of combined industry experience, we have the perspective and knowledge that only time can bring. We represent four distinct generations and have found our diversity helpful in serving our clients.
Founded in 2011, the group traces its name to the mythical ‘Seven Cities of Gold’ in the American Southwest. As the team has grown over the years, so too has our ability to serve our clients.
We firmly believe that a customized approach to each client is required and that is reflected not only in our investment philosophy but also the service, advice, and planning that goes into each relationship. A foundational principal of the team is that investors should understand what they own – therefor we specialize in building portfolios of individual stocks and bonds. Our practice is based around the core philosophy that we must block out the noise and focus on the big picture. We refer to our approach as the Ark Method because we believe you get credit for building Arks, not for predicting rain! We take that same approach with our clients.

About Tim Bastian
