My Story and Services

Chris Lynett is a Financial Advisor and Executive Director in the Denver Office for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Chris strives to work with clients to assess their current financial situation and defining what success means for each of his clients. Chris is most proud of forging strong partnerships by identifying what is most important to his clients and offering customized solutions. His recent partnership with Morgan Stanley further exemplifies his commitment to his fiduciary responsibility of doing only what is in his client's best interests.

Chris most recently was a Managing Director with Wells Fargo Advisors where he served clients for the past 18 years. Prior to beginning his career as a Financial Advisor, Chris was an Assistant Vice President at FirstBank throughout the Colorado Springs and Denver Metro Areas for 3 years, where he was responsible for branch management and business development.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado where he was President of the local chapter of the Mortar Board Society, Associate Director of the President's Leadership Program, and a defensive end Northern Colorado Football team.

Chris is most proud of the family he has created with his wife Elizabeth (Liz). They have three children - Ainsley, Maddie, and Jack. Ainsley currently is a Sophomore at the University of Tampa studying to become a nurse, Maddie is a Junior at Columbine High School participating in NHS, Student Senate, Volleyball and Tennis. Jack is a freshman at Columbine High School and is very busy with school and is a member of the golf and lacrosse teams. The Lynetts also are passionate dog lovers and spend a lot of time with their dogs Murphy (Whoodle) and Max (Havashire) Please see the Photos Tab for what is going on with our busy lives!

About Matt Stotler

Matt Stotler is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Colorado.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Matt began his career in financial services in 1987 with Bank of America, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2016 as a Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Regional Manager at Merrill Lynch. He also served as a Private Client Manager with U.S. Trust.

Matt is a graduate of California State University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish. He currently lives in Parker, Colorado. Outside of the office, Matt enjoys playing and coaching soccer, as well as spending time hiking, camping and biking with his 3 daughters.
