Corporate Retirement Director

Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Retirement Director designation requires training and in-depth study in the design, implementation, ongoing maintenance, and administration of employer-sponsored retirement plans. The designation recognizes professionals whose practices focus on supporting corporate plan sponsors in managing their retirement programs.

I partner with plan sponsors to build strong working relationships and develop thoughtful, plan-specific strategies. Services may include plan evaluation and benchmarking; provider search support; ERISA fiduciary services (including 3(21) and 3(38), as applicable); development and maintenance of an Investment Policy Statement; investment selection and ongoing monitoring; plan governance and management support; and participant engagement, education, and enrollment support.
