About Brian Currier

Brian has worked in the investment management industry since 1989. He received a BS in Finance and a BS in Management from the University of Oregon. He is a Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager. His experience is in Index Portfolio Management and Fixed Income Bonds.

Brian is active in the community, he does planning for Multnomah Club basketball along with Lincoln Youth baseball. He is an Eagle Scout and has been very active in Scouts over the years.

When he isn't being kept busy by his 4 & 7 year old boys, Bode & Kai.

About Jack Hartmann

Jack Hartmann is a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He joined the firm in February 2012. His practice is focused on constructing comprehensive wealth building plans for families and individuals. Jack’s extensive experience working with Alaska Native Corporations has given him deep insight into the specific challenges they and their shareholders face, and he is humbled to put the knowledge he has gained to work for his clients.

Jack’s decision to pursue a career in finance was largely influenced by his father who was also a successful financial advisor. Raised at an early age to read and understand financial literature, Jack developed a keen interest in the business. He expanded his knowledge by attending George Fox University where he received an Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration and Azusa Pacific University graduating with a Master of Arts in Management.

Building deep and long lasting relationships is one of Jack’s most deeply held values. He utilizes Morgan Stanley’s technology platform and vast resources including education and estate planning, trust service, and insurance to meet his clients’ needs.

Jack is a member of Anchorage Chamber of Commerce. An avid fitness enthusiast who competed in Track and Field while attending college, he can be found at the gym or enjoying the Alaskan outdoors hiking, hunting and fishing. He is married to Makenna Hartmann and they've recently had a baby daughter. The couple lives in Anchorage with their Miniature Schnauzer Millie.
