  • This process encompasses four steps:
  • 1 Due diligence
    Before I can advise you, I must understand you and your goals. I will guide you through an extensive discovery process to identify your objectives, time horizon, tolerance for risk and other considerations that may play a role in shaping your investment strategy.
  • 2 Analysis and portfolio planning
    Your input drives the development of a personalized financial strategy. Designed to help you meet your specific needs, it addresses areas such as income and cash flow needs, retirement, wealth transfer, tax minimization potential, and other areas beyond investment management. When my analysis is complete, I will present to you an investment strategy that helps to identify appropriate diversification for your portfolio.
  • 3 Implementation
    After I have discussed and refined your strategy, I will work closely with you to implement it, bringing an objective approach, and paying special attention to how the various parts of your plan can affect, enhance and integrate with each other. Wherever appropriate, I will suggest seeking additional, in-depth advice on particularly complex issues we have identified, including family-dynamics, estate planning, lending, tax planning strategies and more. Whatever approach we decide on together, I will help you keep your investments on track.
  • 4 Ongoing communications and reporting
    I view ongoing communication as the foundation of our successful collaboration with you. I will make every effort to keep abreast of your changing financial needs and provide viable strategies to help you meet them. This means reviewing your portfolio together at your request. When your circumstances change, I will work with you to revise your strategy and reposition your assets to reflect your new needs and goals.
  • The individuals mentioned as the Portfolio Management Team are Financial Advisors with Morgan Stanley participating in the Morgan Stanley Portfolio Management program. The Portfolio Management program is an investment advisory program in which the client’s Financial Advisor invests the client’s assets on a discretionary basis in a range of securities. My Family

Bryan E. Quackenbush, Portfolio Manager, Financial Advisor, was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey and raised in Ellicott City, Maryland. He was introduced to investing at an early age by his hard-working, entrepreneurial family. His love for numbers and interest in investing led him to pursue a major and career in finance. Bryan’s education, experience and professional affiliations have fostered his practical approach to offering investment management services to his clients. Since 2007, Bryan has been helping his clients invest for sustainability so they can pursue their aspirations and create a legacy for future generations.

Bryan currently lives in Towson, Maryland with his wife, their infant daughter, and their loveable pooch. Maintaining a strong sense of community and a solid professional foundation are very important to him. Bryan is involved in the Living Classrooms Foundation, the Howard County Public School System Employee Incentive Program, the University of Baltimore Investment Society, and the Community College of Baltimore County Enterprise Institute.
