My Story and Services

Brian P. Driscoll is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley. Brian serves the advisory needs of High-Net-Worth Individuals, Private Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, and Medical Groups, and seeks to add value across the entirety of their assets. While Brian maintains his primary office in New York, his practice is national in scope. Brian’s hands-on and attentive process enables him to identify personalized risk profiles and build customized portfolios that address clients’ specific objectives. He addresses both sides of the balance sheet and works closely with attorneys and CPAs to integrate all elements of each financial situation into one cohesive picture. Brian has a particular affinity for helping business owners with the full breadth of their sophisticated requirements. Brian is experienced in offering corporate retirement planning and carries the designation of Corporate Retirement Director and Financial Wellness Director, a designation allocated to just 2% of advisors within Morgan Stanley.

With a career dedicated exclusively to Financial Services, Brian has more than 40 years of experience that spans numerous disciplines. In that time, he has served as a Commercial Lending Officer, Private Banker, and New Business Developer. He also honed his skills with Institutional Sales, where he refined Fixed Income Strategies for Hedge Funds, Banks, Municipalities, and High-Net-Worth Clients. Brian’s Wealth Management Insights have been developed through different market cycles covering multiple asset classes. Brian believes that this background coupled with Morgan Stanley’s Award-Winning Research are integral ingredients for his clients’ success.

Brian began his Financial Services Career in 1979 at Irving Trust prior to the merger with what is now BNY Mellon. In the succeeding years, he worked at Cantor Fitzgerald, Tullett & Tokyo Securities, Lehman Brothers, Barclays Wealth, and J.P. Morgan Securities. Brian has been with Morgan Stanley since June of 2021, where he was drawn to the firm’s diverse investment platform, client-first culture, and their 87-year history of serving individuals and institutions alike.

A graduate of St. John’s University, Brian earned a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing. Brian holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, which demonstrates his knowledge of, and ability to, apply Fiduciary Practices. Brian formerly sat on the Advisory Board of the Denver Medical Study Group and has spoken nationally about financial concerns and strategies that impact the healthcare industry.

Brian is a native of Queens Village, New York, and resides in Monmouth County, New Jersey with his wife Sheila. Together, they have two adult children. Brian and his family are active volunteers in Habitat for Humanity (New Jersey) and St. Martin’s Soup Kitchen (New Jersey).
