My Story and Services

How many of you are concerned about not only your financial future, but the future of your children, grandchildren and perhaps even your parents?

I realized years ago that clients have concerns beyond their investment portfolios. They want to be certain their parents can live comfortably and withstand unforeseen events and expenses. They want their children to understand and appreciate the responsibilities that come with the inheritance they may receive someday. And, of course, they want to retire with the confidence that the wealth they’ve accumulated over their lifetime can be sufficient to see them through and provide their loved ones with a meaningful legacy.

With vision, determination and commitment, I strive to provide greater level of comfort by delivering a tailored objective advice designed to give you and your family the confidence to pursue your own passion, dreams and talents. My comprehensive planning process focuses on every aspect of your finances and provides you with tangible recommendations that encompass such varied financial disciplines such as lending, insurance, trusts and estate planning strategies. And our investment approach is customized to help meet your goals, timeframe and risk tolerance, while relieving you of investment decisions you may rather not make on your own.

About Leeann Kalisnki

Leeann moved from California to Appleton back in 2012. She started her career in retail banking with Wells Fargo as a Lead Teller. That experience reaffirmed her passion for helping clients and building strong relationships. To best describe herself, Leeann mentioned that she is an adventurous person with a kind spirit and enjoys making people laugh.

In 2017, Leeann had an opportunity to work at Edward Jones as a Branch Office Administrator, introducing her to the investment world. There, she grew deeper relationships and served clients on a much larger scale than before. One part of her job that she loves the most is doing what’s in the best interest of clients and making a difference in their lives. She had always aspired to be a member of Morgan Stanley, and in December 2023 her dream became a reality when she joined with financial advisor, Brandy L. DeBroux, CPRC, CPRS, FPS, in the Appleton office.

Aside from her career, she has a 4-year-old daughter named Chloe, who keeps her very busy, and is married to her husband Tyler. She loves being a mom more than anything, but she also loves the outdoors. When time allows, she enjoys being in the boat fishing or just cruising along the river.

6Investors should consider many factors before deciding which 529 plan is appropriate. Some of these factors include: the Plan’s investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan’s flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan’s investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state’s own Qualified Tuition Program. Investors should determine their home state’s tax treatment of 529 plans when considering whether to choose an in-state or out-of-state plan. Investors should consult with their tax or legal advisor before investing in any 529 Plan or contact their state tax division for more information. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC does not provide tax and/or legal advice. Investors should review a Program Disclosure Statement, which contains more information on investment options, risk factors, fees and expenses and possible tax consequences.
