About Alex Fur
Alex is a Managing Director, Financial Advisor, Senior Portfolio Management Director and Global Sports and Entertainment Director based in Morgan Stanley’s Beverly Hills office. Alex and his team develop customized wealth management solutions for high-net-worth families and foundations. Alex leads the investment and financial planning decisions for the team’s clients. His primary focus is building and implementing risk management and portfolio strategies.
Alex earned a BBA in Finance from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. He began his career as a research analyst at Pinnacle Associates in New York, an asset management firm managing over $5 billion for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. In 2008, Alex joined UBS International in Los Angeles as a financial advisor on a team working with select high-net-worth families from Europe and Latin America.
At UBS, Alex was recognized as one of the Top 35 Advisors under 35 and earned the Portfolio Manager title. Forbes Magazine ranked Alex as a top advisor, naming him to the Forbes Best in State Wealth Advisors list as well as the Forbes Next Gen Best in State Wealth Advisors list. His professional licenses include the Series 3, 7, 9, 10, 63, and 65.

About Paula Kalandiak
Paula has over 25 years of investment experience as an equity analyst covering retail and consumer stocks, and on the institutional sales desk, working with analysts and portfolio managers at mutual funds, hedge funds, and pension funds across the country. She transitioned to the Financial Advisor role in 2014, leveraging her extensive investment knowledge and experience throughout several economic cycles. Paula has her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. She received her B.A. degree in International Relations from Brown University and her M.B.A. in finance from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Byuzand is a Director of Business Strategy based in Morgan Stanley’s Beverly Hills office. Byuzand began his professional career as a private banker with Bank of America in 2001 before joining HSBC in 2005. In 2008, he moved to UBS International where he worked for high-net-worth families from Europe and Latin America with Alex Fur. In 2016, Byuzand moved to Morgan Stanley.
Byuzand directs the team’s business processes, which include working with individuals and families by providing comprehensive financial planning along with exemplary client service. He also assists with manager research, due diligence and analysis, and works closely with the Bedford Wealth Management Group research team on all tactical portfolio strategies and risk management.

About Madison Moore
Madison is a Wealth Management Associate based in Morgan Stanley’s Beverly Hills office. He began his professional career working as a production and financial analyst at a top Los Angeles based advertising firm before transitioning over to the wealth management field.
After joining Morgan Stanley in 2017 as a Financial Advisor Associate, Madison continued to hone his skills while expanding his knowledge of the capital markets. He joined the Bedford Wealth Management Group where he now focuses on the team’s lending practice, and assists with manager due diligence, portfolio construction and client service.
Madison was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where his passion for sports and music led him to both the football field and the orchestra pit. He continued those endeavors at Wesleyan University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, with a focus in Finance. Zach Fallas is a Registered Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley in Beverly Hills. He began his career with Morgan Stanley in 2022 and joined the Bedford Wealth Management Group in 2024. Zach plays a key role in supporting clients and ensuring their financial needs are met with care. He also handles organizational and operational tasks for the team.
