Our Services

    Retirement Planning

Retirement planning is a complex task, made even more challenging in recent years. We are here to simplify it for you. With our support, we'll develop a comprehensive approach to retirement planning, tailored to your unique goals and financial situation. We'll help you track your progress and adjust your plan as needed for a confident retirement.

    Education Planning

529 Plans provide tax benefits for educational savings. With our experience, you can choose from a variety of investment options that fit your needs, goals and timeline. We'll help you seamlessly integrate an education savings plan into your overall investment strategy, maximizing tax benefits and maintaining your current lifestyle and long-term financial goals.

    Estate Planning

As your advisor, we will work with you to evaluate all relevant factors and estate structures. Together, we will consult with you tax and legal advisors to develop tax and estate strategies that meet your specific needs.

    Portfolio Management

We utilize the firm's global resources and stay current on investment trends to design a personalized investment strategy for you. By creating a customized portfolio, we will strive to achieve your goals for growth, income, and wealth preservation, all while keeping within your risk tolerance.

    OUR PROCESS
    1. Introduction

We begin with a conversation to understand your concerns and determine how we can add value. Since not every advisor is a good match for every client, we introduce you to our approach and share our fee structure. If we all agree to move forward, we schedule our next meeting and request important financial information

    2. Discovery

We continue the dialogue we started, learning about the values that shape your decisions and identifying any unique circumstances around your wealth. We review the documents you prepared and begin to define your priorities and timelines.

    3. Analysis and Plan Development

We utilize industry-leading financial planning tools to develop a personalized and detailed financial plan with specific recommendations to help you grow, preserve and transfer your wealth. This serves as the foundation for building your initial plan, as well as future wealth management decisions.

    4. Plan Presentation

In this step, we present your financial plan that includes an investment portfolio that aligns your investments with your goals, your timeframe and your risk level. We also discuss other wealth management solutions that may include risk management techniques and estate planning strategies.

    5. Implementation

Upon your approval of our recommendations, we begin to implement the strategies outlined in the plan. Once assets have been transferred to Morgan Stanley and are aligned with your investment strategy, we walk you through the details of your new statement and introduce all the tools and resources now available to you.

When the markets turn as volatile and confusing as they have over the past several years, even the most educated and patient investors may come to question the wisdom of the financial plan and the investment strategy that they've been following.

At Morgan Stanley we have seen a lot of difficult markets come and go. And we can certainly empathize with those who find the current environment troublesome and disturbing. We like to help, if we can and to that end here's what we offer:

A cup of coffee...and a second opinion.
By appointment, you're welcome to come in and sit with us for a while. In a mutual discovery meeting, we'll ask you to outline your financial goals-and to tell us what your investment portfolio is intended to do for you. Then we'll review your portfolio with you, as it relates to the achievement of your most deeply held goals.

If we think your financial plan and your investment continue to be well suited to your long term goals - in spite of the current market turmoil - we'll gladly tell you so, and send you on your way.

If on the other hand, we think some of your investments and your long-tern plan for your assets no longer fits with your goals, we'll explain why, in plain English. And, if you like, we'll recommend some alternatives.

We're certain that while meeting with us, you'll quickly realize that you're in the company of well credentialed professionals- not sales people.

Either way, the coffee is on us.

Call us today at 949.760.2438 to schedule an appointment.

3The returns on a portfolio consisting primarily of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) aware investments may be lower or higher than a portfolio that is more diversified or where decisions are based solely on investment considerations. Because ESG criteria exclude some investments, investors may not be able to take advantage of the same opportunities or market trends as investors that do not use such criteria. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss in a declining financial market.
