Allen Feest Kjellberg Wealth Management Group

Since 1995, the Allen Feest Kjellberg Wealth Management Group has shared a common goal: to help you and your family accomplish what means the most to you. By putting you at the center of our wealth management and planning process, we help manage both sides of your balance sheet to achieve your goals and priorities, add more to your bottom line, and enhance the wealth you and your family ultimately keep. We provide a personalized, high-touch experience by applying a unique combination of extensive experience and a commitment to developing deep relationships with you.

We are a team of family wealth managers and planners that oversees the finances of a select group of business owners, business executives, accomplished professionals, and their families. We help our clients navigate the complex transitions life throws their way, whether it is preparing for retirement or retiring, selling/exiting a business, making a career transition, or dealing with challenging life events. By serving a limited number of clients and their families, we meet with them regularly to maintain first-hand familiarity with their evolving circumstances and provide more personal attention and support. Using our clients’ priorities as our guide, we work hard to help protect what they have worked so hard to earn and keep.

Over the years, we have strived to develop a reputation in portfolio design and implementation. John Allen is Family Wealth Director and a Portfolio Management Director in Morgan Stanley’s Portfolio Management Program (PM). We are able to develop personalized financial strategies on a discretionary basis to help our clients and their families pursue the goals and priorities that mean the most to them. We focus on giving our clients benchmark returns while keeping overall risk in check by maintaining a disciplined investment approach. We are transparent in our relationships, and because of that, we discuss balancing goals, investment risk, performance, and costs all in clear terms and plain English.

13An investment in an exchange-traded fund (ETF) involves risks similar to those of investing in a broadly based portfolio of equity securities traded on exchange in the relevant securities market, such as market fluctuations caused by such factors as economic and political developments, changes in interest rates and perceived trends in stock prices. The investment return and principal value of ETF investments will fluctuate, so that an investor’s ETF shares, if or when sold, may be worth more or less than the original cost.

Investors should carefully consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of an exchange-traded fund (ETF) before investing. The prospectus contains this and other information about the ETF. To obtain a prospectus, contact your Financial Advisor or visit the ETF company’s website. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing.

15Structured Investments are complex and not appropriate for all investors. An investment in structured investments involves risks. These risks can include but are not limited to: fluctuations in the price, level or yield of underlying asset(s), interest rates, currency values and credit quality, substantial loss of principal, limits on participation in appreciation of underlying asset(s), limited liquidity, credit risk, and/or conflicts of interest. Many structured investments do not pay interest or guarantee a return above principal at maturity. Investors should read the security’s offering documentation prior to making an investment decision.
