    North Texas Bank
    In 2008-2009, 2011-2014, 2020, 2022, and 2023 we chose the North Texas Food Bank as the organization on which we want to focus our efforts. Their mission is to support the nutritional needs of children, seniors, and families through education, advocacy and strategic partnerships. Last year, the North Texas Food Bank provided access to 125.6 million meals to those in need within a 13-county service area through a variety of dedicated programs. Each program presents a unique solution to the ongoing pursuit of closing the hunger gap in North Texas.

    Our team had a fun and rewarding experience sorting, weighing, and bagging fresh vegetables at the food bank. The staff was friendly, the facility was sanitary, and the process was orderly and efficient.

    Susan G. Komen
    In 2021, our team chose to focus on Susan G. Komen, an organization dedicated to addressing breast cancer on multiple levels including research, community health, patient advocacy, global outreach and public policy. This organization serves 254 counties, has donated over one billion dollars towards breast cancer research, and helped 10,000 people gain access to care and information. We also chose this charity to honor our own Janna Birkner, who is a ten year, two-time breast cancer survivor.

    Janna was our team’s captain for the More Than Pink Walk - Susan G. Komen’s signature walk event in Dallas. In addition to raising funds to support their mission, the walk is a way for the community to honor those we’ve lost to this disease, and support current breast cancer patients, survivors, and their families.

    Camp John Marc
    In 2018, we focused on Camp John Marc, which was created around the following questions: 1) How does the Camping experience relate to the treatment and management of Disease and 2) Could camp accommodate acutely ill children? With avid outdoorsmen and nature lovers on the team, we realize the impact that getting out into nature can have on both physical and mental health.

    In 2007, 2010, and 2017 we worked contribute to the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. DHHRM focuses on bringing attention to events of holocaust and the proceeding developments in international human rights.

    In 2015 and 2016 we chose to support United way which focuses on addressing education, economic, and health challenges across the US and abroad.

    In 2006 we chose to support a local charity in The Wilkinson Center. The Wilkinson Center is founded on the principles of Compassion. Community. Commitment to Excellence, and Financial Responsibility. The Wilkinson Center offers adult education, food and support services, and Job Training and Workforce Development programs.

    In 2023, our team supported The Retina Foundation. Their mission is to prevent vision loss and restore sight through innovate research and treatment. Rick has had first-hand experience working with this organization and has had a very positive experience with them.

    Our team made a donation to US Ski & Snowboard in 2023. Unlike their peer organizations, they do not receive government funding for their athletes and programs. Donations fund year-round training, development, competition and educational needs.

    In 2024, the team decided to support Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. Their partnership with UT Southwestern has helped them to become a leader in life-changing treatments, innovative technology and research. Since they started in 1913, their commitment to community has gone beyond high quality health care to children as they serve as advocates to the children they serve.

About Richard C Fielder

Rick provides thoughtful planning and proactive advice to clients and their families. He oversees portfolio management and design and works closely with clients to create long-term, personalized financial plans.

He has over 35 years’ experience as a Financial Advisor and Rick is one of approximately 4% of Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors who hold the title of Family Wealth Director*. About Catherine Romualdez

Catherine joined the team in 2012 and views her service to our clients as a privilege. She
shares in the day-to-day operations and administrative needs of our clients, including fund
transfers, account queries, and trade orders. She is also engaged in cash flow, balance
sheet analysis, and the preparation of financial plans.

Her career in finance started with a small brokerage firm in the Philippines in 1996. She
moved to New York City in 1997 and worked for three investment banks for over 14 years in
the areas of wealth management, credit risk, foreign exchange, and prime brokerage; after
which she moved to Dallas. Her experience and knowledge contribute to our clients’
financial success, and she continues to build on her knowledge of the markets as she
strives to provide superior service to our clients.

Catherine is committed to her community. She currently supports non-profit organizations
Vogel Alcove, The Birthday Party Project, and Feed the Children. She likes to cook, read,

About Paige Waldron

Paige Waldron was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. She pursued her academic interests at the University of Florida, where she earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Economics, graduating with honors. During her time at university, Paige completed several internships in financial services, which deepened her passion for wealth management.
After graduation, Paige relocated to Texas to pursue a career in wealth management. In September 2023, she joined Morgan Stanley, where she gained valuable experience in the industry.
