Our Story and Services

We Strive for a Culture of Excellence. We believe you should expect a first-class client experience.

We work as a team and collaborate with individuals exclusively focused on the needs of the ultra-high net worth: business owners, executives, entrepreneurs and families, while leveraging the strength and intellectual capital of Morgan Stanley. We focus specifically on the needs of the affluent across the country. We help protect and grow your assets, enhance your lifestyle and create an enduring legacy. Our core value is dedicated to doing first-class business in a first-class way.

We realize your wealth represents your life’s work; the responsibility associated with achieving great financial success should not be taken complacently.

Effective wealth management planning should go beyond investment decisions and address broader issues of family dynamics and philanthropic vision. Our core value is “lead with exceptional ideas,” and we are committed to always bringing you and your family our most innovative thinking. You might assume that our “best idea” is an investment view, such as whether to position against rising inflation or reducing equity exposure in a portfolio. But, those questions are often hard to answer thoughtfully without first exploring the broader context of your overall planning. For example, you may have a different time horizon on your individual accounts than you do for your long-term trusts created for children and grandchildren. One entity may need a different type of manager than another based on its unique cash flow, liquidity needs or risk profile. For some it may be an immense need for asset protection strategies to help guard against a litigious society.
Those objectives will change over time, which means we need to have an ongoing conversation.

We don’t have prepackaged solutions for every issue that might arise. We will never understand your objectives, or the underlying dynamics of your family, as well as you do. But we can ask appropriate, open-ended questions to help bring these factors to the surface. We can share stories about families similar to yours and how they have dealt with these factors. And we can point you to other resources that offer thoughtful approaches.

Forbes 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 Best-In-State Wealth Advisors: Timothy Jernigan, CFP®
The Forbes ranking of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. Those advisors that are considered have a minimum of seven years experience, and the algorithm weights factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass best practices in their practices and approach to working with clients. Portfolio performance is not a criteria due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. Neither Forbes or SHOOK receive a fee in exchange for rankings.

About Natasha Carse

Natasha works with Winter Park Maui Group, a team of individuals focused to guiding business owners, entrepreneurs and families in simplifying the complexity of their financial lives. Natasha is a Financial Planning Specialist. Natasha has dedicated her career to understanding the intricacies of financial planning. Our team has developed a financial planning process that guides a select group of clients to reach their financial goals. Our team works with our clients as if they were family members, building relationships based on trust and the highest levels of integrity, with a commitment of putting our clients’ interests ahead of our own.

As a team consisting of two CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERs™, our shared goal is to help preserve your assets before and during times of market uncertainty, ensuring that your family builds and preserves wealth, maintains your lifestyle, and creates a meaningful legacy.

Exceptional wealth deserves an exceptional level of client service. By limiting our number of clients to a total that is notably fewer than the industry norm, we’re able to provide them with the personalized, high-tough attentiveness they require.

We realize your wealth represents your life’s work. We aim to build our clients’ genuine trust and confidence through comprehensive financial planning. We will take the time to get to know you and your loved ones as you pursue your financial goals. We take a proactive approach. Our team looks at issues that may be on the horizon and tackle them before they become a problem. We deliver world-class investment platforms, access to global insights, and pricing benefits. Our shared goal is to help preserve your assets before and during times of market uncertainty, ensuring that your family builds and preserves your wealth, maintains your lifestyle, and creates a meaningful legacy.

We do this by adhering to our Wealth Management Process:
1. We begin with a conversation to uncover your goals and understand your entire financial picture.
2. Then we analyze your situation and tailor a solution to best achieve each one of those goals.
3. We realize that each client situation is unique, so we implement and execute a strategy specific to you. Meeting spending needs, investing tax-efficiently and other important aspects.
4. Finally, our outgoing commitment is to monitoring your progress and recommend adjustments that will keep you on track. We take a proactive approach by resolving issues before they become a problem.

The cornerstone to our investment process is “managing risk” with a priority of protection of wealth during the most challenging markets. Ensuring that we don’t put our client’s assets at undue risk during most challenging markets so they can achieve the goal of a work optional lifestyle.

Natasha began her career in 2013 as a Financial Advisor in Beverly Hills, CA. She graduated from the California State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration concentrating in Finance & Risk Management. Natasha received a graduate certificate in Financial Planning from Florida State University. Natasha holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation. Natasha is an active member of her community and is a part of the Orlando Women Leaders Association. Prior to the financial services industry, Natasha managed her family-owned business for over 10 years.

“Your family is unlike any other we have ever served. You may, however, share many of the same questions, challenges and opportunities. We look forward to learning more about you and your family, and discussing how we can help you safeguard what you have earned and pursue your most important life goals.” -Natasha

About Jeff Holzbach

For 28 years, I have worked to guide families and companies with equity awards and financial planning. Analytics and a holistic education and discovery process enable me to identify and prioritize key considerations to help my clients make effective financial decisions.

After graduating from Duquesne University (Pittsburgh) in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance , I moved to Indianapolis IN to work for Charles Schwab. At Schwab, I grew in my role to eventually lead our Financial Planning division and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2003. In addition, I have worked the past 10 years to develop knowledge and skills to help families and companies with equity award analysis and planning. This includes earning the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation in 2019. In 2021, I joined Morgan Stanley to support initiatives to enhance the depth and breadth of education and planning capabilities related to equity awards.

Outside of work, I have been married for 24 years and have two children. My time is spent finding ever smaller windows of time with my kids. My son is Junior in college studying economics, and my daughter will be a Freshman in college with a plan to study Actuarial Science. I enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, camping, and fishing.
