About Scott Drever
Scott Drever is the Executive Director and Market Manager for the Westport office of the Soundview Complex. Scott has been with Morgan Stanley since 2007 and previously served as the Branch Manager of the Westchester Branch in Purchase, New York. He has held several roles in the firm as an Associate Complex Manager and senior leadership roles in developing business growth and advisor development.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Scott worked at UBS Financial Services, for 7 years as the Manager of the FAA Recruiting Department where he held various roles in Wealth Management leadership, talent development, and recruiting.
Scott has over 28 years of experience in sales, management, training, and recruiting. He received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder and currently resides in Ridgefield, CT with his wife and three daughters.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Scott worked at UBS Financial Services, for 7 years as the Manager of the FAA Recruiting Department where he held various roles in Wealth Management leadership, talent development, and recruiting.

About Rocco Donofrio
Rocco is a Business Service Officer in the Westport and Fairfield offices, where he manages the branches 48 associates and oversees business processes for over 50 Financial Advisors.
Rocco has been with Morgan Stanley for 10 years and has held various roles including in their corporate office specializing in data and analytics, metrics measurement, real-estate and budgeting. He has also been a manager in several of Morgan Stanley’s branches in the DC Metro Area, Lower Connecticut and Westchester.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Rocco worked at both Barclays and JP Morgan in equity derivative risk management for the delta one and exotic structured product desks. Rocco has over 18 years of experience in finance, investment banking and brokerage. He received a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Pace University in Pleasantville, NY and currently resides in Connecticut.

About Susan Crowe
Susan has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 35 years, of which 30 years have been with Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney. She joined the Westport office in 2013 as a Branch Administrator providing exceptional service to Financial Advisors and Support Service Professionals.
Susan supports a multitude of business functions for the Westport branch office including Technology, Expense Management, Facilities, Event Planning and Project Management. Among her other responsibilities, she assists annually in driving the firm’s Global Volunteer Month and Annual Appeal charitable giving campaign.

About Thomas W. Hughes
Thomas W. Hughes is a Senior Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in Connecticut and New York.
Tom began his career in financial services in 1991. Previously, he has been the National Sales Manager for AIG Financial Advisory Group and a Mortgage and Credit Specialist for Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2010, Tom was a Wealth Management Banker covering the Stamford, CT Merrill Lynch office with Bank of America.
