About Me

Pat LeBeau is an Executive Director, Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Providence, Rhode Island. He also holds firm designations as a Family Wealth Director, an Alternative Investments Director and is a Workplace Advisor – Equity Compensation. He also is Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and ADPA™ designee. Combining the knowledge and experience gained over nearly three decades, he leads a team of professionals who are dedicated to understanding and addressing the needs and concerns of privately held business owners, private equity executives, corporate executives and their families .

Pat also has significant experience working with business owners of privately-held companies. In addition to providing guidance on the sale of their business, he can help develop a detailed succession plan designed to represent their family’s interests for the future. He is driven to provide clients with a tailored wealth management approach that focuses on both sides of their balance sheets to help them address the entirety of their financial lives.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, he has held positions at Bank of America Private Bank (formerly US Trust), and RBS/Citizens Investment Services, including senior vice president and director of the northeast market, and director of its fixed income trading desk. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, where he is a member of its Gold Key International Honor Society. Pat has participated in executive education programs at Babson University School for Executive Education and the Executive Education Program from the Wharton School. He is a Certified Financial Planner, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc, and also holds the Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor, ADPA, designation.

An ardent supporter of both foster youth and animal conservation efforts, Pat currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees and is an executive board member for the Rhode Island Zoological Society and the Roger Williams Park Zoo. He is also President of the Board of Directors for Foster Forward.

About Rob Sherwin

Rob serves as a Managing Director, Wealth Advisor, and Portfolio Management Director at Morgan Stanley, based in Providence, Rhode Island. Since entering the industry in 1980, Rob has helped make a significant impact on his clients’ financial lives. His passion, extensive knowledge, and attention to detail are testaments to his over forty years of dedicated service. Rob has a focus in working with individual clients and non-profit organizations. His team includes Kristen Dalton, a Senior Registered Associate with twenty years of experience in the investment business.

After graduating from the University of Rhode Island, Rob commenced his career at Kidder Peabody & Co., continuing through its acquisition by PaineWebber & Co. In May 1995, he joined Morgan Stanley as a Senior Vice president. Recognizing his experience, Morgan Stanley selected Rob to participate in their prestigious Wealth Advisor program, in collaboration with the Wharton postgraduate program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Rob currently resides in both Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and Boynton Beach, Florida, with his wife Mindy. He is a proud grandfather of three grandchildren.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Rob is actively engaged in his local community. He serves on the Rhode Island Foundation Investment Committee and is a member of their Professional Advisory Council. He is the Chairman of the Rhode Island Jewish Alliance Investment Committee. Additionally, he is a past President of the Rhode Island Association of Investment Firms. Rob has also contributed to academia by teaching courses at the University of Rhode Island and Bryant University. Furthermore, he has established an ongoing intern/analyst program at Brown University, fostering a passion for finance in the next generation.

In his free time, Rob enjoys engaging in outdoor activities, maintaining an active lifestyle, and traveling.

About Caitlyn R. Beauregard

Caitlyn is a First Vice President and Financial Advisor within The Westminster Group, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Providence, Rhode Island. She joined the Westminster Group in 2024, reuniting her with the colleagues she worked with closely on behalf of clients for over a decade at Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust).

Caitlyn focuses on wealth, estate and financial planning strategies for individuals and families. She works closely with clients’ outside attorneys, accountants and other advisors to help provide holistic and collaborative solutions.

Prior to joining The Westminster Group, Caitlyn served in various capacities at Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) for twelve years, most recently as a Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer in the high-net-worth group. She also practiced as an attorney at Azzinaro, Manni-Paquette in Pawtucket, Rhode Island prior to her time at the Bank, focusing on general civil litigation and estate planning.

Caitlyn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, and her law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law (Not-practicing at Morgan Stanley.) She is an executive board member of the Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island (serving as Secretary for 2024-2025), and an active member of the Programs Committee. Caitlyn is also a member of the Probate and Trust Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association. She is admitted to the bar in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Caitlyn completed the FINRA SIE exam and holds both her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Laura M. Fiske recently joined Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Providence, Rhode Island, as an Investment Consultant, Estate Planning Specialist after working for over 35 years at Bank of America Private Bank as a Managing Director and Senior Trust Officer. About Evan J. Patterson

Evan Patterson is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Evan began his career in financial services in 1999. Prior to relocating to the Northeast, he served as a Private Banker in the Tampa Bay area. Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2010, Evan spent 10 years in high net worth lending at Merrill Lynch supporting teams in New York City, Los Angeles, and Jacksonville. He began his career as a Securities Based Lending Officer before rising within the firm, holding several other positions including Priority Loan Officer, Associate Mortgage and Credit Specialist, Consumer Finance Specialist and Banking and Liquidity specialist.

Evan is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Finance.
