About Wes Dawson

Wes Dawson is a Vice President, Portfolio Management Director, and Family Wealth Advisor. He has over 25 years of experience in finance and has been with Morgan Stanley since 2011. Wes has been awarded the Five Star Wealth Manager Award in Gulfshore Life magazine for twelve consecutive years (2013-2025).

For over two decades, Wes has helped clients address their financial concerns, including families whom he has served for multiple generations. By putting his clients first, he has developed a successful practice built on long-term, trusting relationships.

Wes utilizes a comprehensive wealth management process to develop actionable plans tailored to individual situations. The firm’s modern wealth management analytics and risk management tools are used to formulate customized strategies. Wes draws upon his extensive investment experience in different market cycles, while engaging Morgan Stanley’s vast resources, to find solutions.

Wes began his career as a Financial Advisor with PaineWebber in Naples in 1994. He later joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Consultant, and then worked at Prudential Securities, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, where he became a Portfolio Manager, one of his greatest accomplishments. He subsequently joined Morgan Stanley and earned Portfolio Management Director and accredited Family Wealth Advisor designations. He is also a member of the Portfolio Management Institute (PMI).

Wes’s passion doesn’t end at managing portfolios. Growing up in Naples Florida, Wes enjoyed playing sports and music and focused on baseball and drumming. He continues to be active in sports and music, from playing tennis, golfing, and paddle boarding with his wife Linda to drumming for various musical events. It is never a dull moment in the Dawson household, even though his two children, Wesley and Ashley, are grown and out of the house. His three dogs are always ready for play time. Wes learned at an early age that to be successful in any facet of life requires a high level of discipline and persistence. One of Wes’s favorite quotes was by Calvin Coolidge, 30th President of the United States of America - “Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination are omnipotent. The slogan "press on" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race”.

About Anthony Panarello

Anthony Panarello received his Bachelor's Degree from CUNY - College of Staten Island in Marketing. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in May 2023, Anthony worked as a Registered Client Service Associate and Financial Advisor at Cetera Investors in New York City. Through his past experiences, Anthony has learned to put clients first by accommodating to their financial needs and has mastered how to quickly adapt to new systems and procedures, whether that be client facing or internally within the firm. He values the importance of time management as he always strives to be punctual. Anthony has encountered many aspects of the financial services industry and looks to apply this practical knowledge by providing clients with first-class service. Anthony is originally from Staten Island, New York and recently moved to Cape Coral, Florida in order to be closer to his family. Anthony has his Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 licenses as well as his life and health insurance licenses. When he's not in the office, Anthony enjoys playing golf, billiards, and spending time with his family and his new Pomeranian puppy named Buddy.

About Stacey Herring

Stacey Herring is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Florida.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Stacey began her career in financial services in 1994, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Mortgage Sales Manager at SunTrust Bank and a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer for over 17 years at Fifth Third Bank. Stacey is a graduate of Florida State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and a Minor in Communications.

Stacey currently serves on the Women’s Foundation of Collier County Board of Directors, as well as Junior Achievement of SWFL’s Advisory Board. In addition, Stacey has chaired many community endeavors, serving Naples Community Hospital, PACE Center for Girls of Collier County, and Youth Haven. She is a graduate of the Naples Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Collier program, awarded Gulfshore Business Magazine’s “40 Under 40 Award”, and in 2013 was awarded the Glass Slipper Award by The Education Foundation, Champions for Learning. In 2014, Stacey was named a Woman of Initiative by the Community Foundation of Collier County for her philanthropy, dedication, and commitment to children’s causes.

Will Trudeau is a Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley providing dedicated financial planning support to Financial Advisors and their teams. Operating as an extension of the FA/Team, he collaborates with clients to discover and define the goals that matter most to them. Leveraging state of the art technology, he will evaluate various options and their potential outcomes to help clients confidently choose the appropriate course of action.
