The Weger Mackay Group is part of the Wealth Management Division of Morgan Stanley. They service high net worth clients which include business owners, divorcees, and retirees.

The team possesses a wealth of education, experience and knowledge as both Sally Ann & Donna are 30 year veterans on Wall Street who worked in the heart of NYC for most of their careers. Their training and backgrounds in both Counseling and Finance allow them to provide a unique approach to helping clients with their finances.

Working With You

We take a comprehensive approach to our clients’ financial objectives. This includes planning for retirement and other long-term needs, providing lending solutions, assisting with cash management, and building and maintaining custom portfolios to meet these needs. We practice strong risk management and adjust asset allocations based upon macroeconomic changes that can impact our clients’ wealth.

Our clients receive very attentive service and we are easily accessible. Behind the scenes, portfolios are monitored frequently, holdings are evaluated in light of market and economic conditions, and research is on-going. Annual and semi-annual portfolio reviews are provided, in addition to frequent market updates if necessary. There is on-line access availability, and a monthly newsletter via email. We pride ourselves on full service and a great client experience.

Community Involvement

The Weger Mackay Group is very involved with a local non profit organization called the Loggerhead Marinelife Center. This organization is an internationally known Ocean Conservation Organization with an emphasis on Sea Turtle Rehabilitation. Our local beaches are very important in South FL to support the health of our Ocean and for both tourism and the health of our local economy.

About Sally Ann Weger

Sally Ann has her Master’s Degree in Counseling & Education from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. Her career began in NYC where she served for 10 years as an Admissions and Financial Aide Director at a private college. She then transitioned to Merrill Lynch in 1995 where she served as a Financial Advisor in the Private Client Division for nearly 17 years. In 2011 the Weger Mackay Group transferred their practice to Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Division. I am now a Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley and a Portfolio Manager.

About Donna Mackay

Donna Mackay has her Master’s Degree in Finance from Pace University and has held the prestigious CFA, Chartered Financial Analyst credential since 2000. She also holds the CFP, Certified Financial Planner credential as well. Donna has served as an equity trader during the tumultuous markets of the late 90’s and early 2000s. She went on to become a portfolio manager of an equity fund and then joined Sally Ann in 2008, bringing her wealth of experience from the institutional side to the retail side where she now helps individual investors. I have been at Morgan Stanley for 13 years and I am a Senior Vice President and a Senior Portfolio Manager.
