About Estella Eckart
Estella Eckart is an Executive Director and Sub-Complex Manager of the Wayzata-Duluth, Minnesota offices. In just a few years, she has built a stellar reputation for creating a strong collaborative culture and attracting top talent to her branch.
Born in Bogota, Colombia, Estella moved to the United States more than two decades ago. She became fluent in English and earned a degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
After working a year and a half as an International Trading Specialist, she decided she wanted to work with clients. She became a Financial Advisor, first with Edward Jones and then with Morgan Stanley at the beginning of 2010. As a bilingual financial professional she was able to support clients from several backgrounds.
In 2013, while still working as a Financial Advisor, she was named Business Development Manager of the Minnesota Complex. In 2015, she was promoted to First Vice President and Associate Complex Manager. She joined the Central Maryland Complex in 2017 as a Non-Producing Branch Manager.
Estella’s management style blends professionalism with a warm, inviting spirit. She maintains an open-door policy, is readily available to answer questions and is always willing to help her Financial Advisors find new ways to grow their business.
Having been at Morgan Stanley for over a decade, she knows how to use the full scope of the Firm’s worldwide resources to the advantage of her Financial Advisors and their clientele.
As a non-producing manager, Estella has invested the time to build solid relationships with each of her Financial Advisors. They value her experience and trust her judgment enough to have her participate in their most important client meetings.
