Valley Isle Planning Group at Morgan Stanley is located in the heart of Kahului, Maui. We have over 50 years of combined industry experience with industry designations in Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) and Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA). It is our honor to work with clients and the journey we take to help achieve their financial goals is built on knowledge, confidence and care. We believe that with comprehensive financial planning, we can give our clients a customized road map that helps lead towards the realization of their goals.

About Emi Mori George
Emi has over 25 years of industry experience and has completed her series 7, 63, 65, 3, 9, 10 licenses as well as an insurance license across multiple states and a CFP designation. She has been named to the 2022-2025 Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-In-State ranking, and has had the privilege of working with various Advisors and clients of all ages, backgrounds and degrees of wealth. This experience is the base of her practice and service model as a Financial Advisor. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Emi is an advocate for her clients and seeks to add value to their lives by developing a personalized plan that fits their needs and lifestyle.
Committed to giving back to her community, Emi periodically volunteers with various local organizations such as The Maui Food Bank. Emi has a wonderful husband, 2 amazing daughters, a COVID puppy, and a cat. Outside of the office, Emi and her family juggle a lot of activities but always find a way to catch up over dinner. She has a love for cooking, traveling and doing family activities such as golfing, hiking and practicing the art of Japanese dance.

About Thomas J Lambert
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Tom received his Bachelor of Arts in Colorado College and holds his Series 7, 66, 9 and 10 licenses. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst, a designation that focuses on asset allocation, risk management, performance measurement, ethics and due diligence.
Tom was born and raised in New England and later moved to Maui with his wife Kristina. Tom lives with his wife and three wonderful children in a 100-year old family home located on Haleakala. Outside of the office, Tom and his family love spending time outdoors in upcountry Maui and their favorite activity is adventure traveling to ski or hike. Tom coaches club soccer year-round, and still attempts to play soccer in adult leagues.

About Julie Petro
She earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Management and an Executive Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She currently holds her series 7 & 66 licenses and life and health insurance license.
Outside of work, her family is her world. She has a son, daughter, and wonderful husband. Julie was born and raised in Honolulu, Oahu. After marrying a Maui boy, they decided to move to Maui to raise their family. She enjoys karaoke, golf, and cooking for family and friends. She is always looking forward to their next family trip or staycation on the beautiful island of Maui!

About Jackie Carroll
Jackie’s professional background includes working within the non-profit industry, as well as having specialized experience in office administration, customer service, bookkeeping and tax preparation. She started being interested in financial services through miscellaneous tasks she was given at previous jobs, and that interest grew into her starting this career.
In her free time, Jackie volunteers at a local non-profit organization: Pacific Cancer Foundation. She is also a previous member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and was recognized within the National Technical Honor Society for community service and philanthropic engagements. In 2019, she married her high school sweetheart and they have been together for over 11 years. She is extremely family oriented and hopes to use that mentality while working with current/future clients.
Jackie earned an Associate of Arts in Administration of Justice from the University of Hawaii Maui and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Hawaii West Oahu.
