About Emi Mori George

Emi is a Certified Financial Planner, Senior Vice President, and Financial Advisor with the Valley Isle Planning Group at Morgan Stanley since 2011. She is passionate about making a difference in her client's lives and understands the importance of working closely with her clients to identify their personal goals, fears, and hopes. As a Financial Advisor for a highly-skilled team of professionals located in Kahului, Hawaii, Emi is able to provide her clients with a unique combination of experience, knowledge, and skills across wealth management to help guide individuals towards achieving their financial goals. Emi focuses on building and maintaining deep relationships with her clients and providing them with a source of knowledge, confidence, and advice.

Emi has over 25 years of industry experience and has completed her series 7, 63, 65, 3, 9, 10 licenses as well as an insurance license across multiple states and a CFP designation. She has been named to the 2022-2025 Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-In-State ranking, and has had the privilege of working with various Advisors and clients of all ages, backgrounds and degrees of wealth. This experience is the base of her practice and service model as a Financial Advisor. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Committed to giving back to her community, Emi periodically volunteers with various local organizations such as The Maui Food Bank. Emi has a wonderful husband, 2 amazing daughters, a COVID puppy, and a cat. Outside of the office, Emi and her family juggle a lot of activities but always find a way to catch up over dinner. She has a love for cooking, traveling and doing family activities such as golfing, hiking and practicing the art of Japanese dance.

About Thomas J Lambert

Tom is the Maui Branch Manager and Financial Advisor with the Valley Isle Planning Group at Morgan Stanley. He helps clients pursue their financial goals through unique knowledge, experience, and attained skills across wealth management. Tom recognizes what is important to clients and focuses on providing them with the best opportunity to accomplish their goals and objectives. As a Financial Advisor for a highly skilled team of professionals located in Kahului, HI. Tom has developed a keen understanding of portfolio construction, and risk management. As part of his studies, he completed his Certified Investment Management Analyst course work through the Yale School of Management.
 
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Tom received his Bachelor of Arts in Colorado College and holds his Series 7, 66, 9 and 10 licenses. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst, a designation that focuses on asset allocation, risk management, performance measurement, ethics and due diligence.
 
Tom was born and raised in New England and later moved to Maui with his wife Kristina. Tom lives with his wife and three wonderful children in a 100-year old family home located on Haleakala. Outside of the office, Tom and his family love spending time outdoors in upcountry Maui and their favorite activity is adventure traveling to ski or hike. Tom coaches club soccer year-round, and still attempts to play soccer in adult leagues.

Julie is a Financial Advisor with the Valley Isle Planning Group and brings over 17 years of industry experience to the team with an emphasis on client relationship management. She became a Financial Advisor because of the desire to help people. Julie enjoys being a part of her client’s life journey, both happy and sad. Whether it’s marriage, having a child, retirement, death or divorce, she wants to be there to financially plan each step to ensure her client's financial success. Building a relationship and trust is of utmost importance when helping client’s achieve their financial goals and this is something Julie strives to achieve every day.

She earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Management and an Executive Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She currently holds her series 7 & 66 licenses and life and health insurance license.

Outside of work, her family is her world. She has a son, daughter, and wonderful husband. Julie was born and raised in Honolulu, Oahu. After marrying a Maui boy, they decided to move to Maui to raise their family. She enjoys karaoke, golf, and cooking for family and friends. She is always looking forward to their next family trip or staycation on the beautiful island of Maui!

About Jackie Carroll

Born and raised on the island of Maui, Jackie is a Client Service Associate with the Valley Isle Planning Group. She became a Client Service Associate with hopes of one day becoming a Financial Advisor with the ability to make a difference in client's lives. Her mission is to empower others to feel confident about their finances, allowing them to enjoy more of the beauty life has to offer.

Jackie’s professional background includes working within the non-profit industry, as well as having specialized experience in office administration, customer service, bookkeeping and tax preparation. She started being interested in financial services through miscellaneous tasks she was given at previous jobs, and that interest grew into her starting this career.

In her free time, Jackie volunteers at a local non-profit organization: Pacific Cancer Foundation. She is also a previous member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and was recognized within the National Technical Honor Society for community service and philanthropic engagements. In 2019, she married her high school sweetheart and they have been together for over 11 years. She is extremely family oriented and hopes to use that mentality while working with current/future clients.

Jackie earned an Associate of Arts in Administration of Justice from the University of Hawaii Maui and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Hawaii West Oahu.
