I Didn't Start as an Advisor. I Started by Listening.

I didn't set out to become a financial advisor. I started on the service side of the business, behind the scenes, making sure clients were taken care of. But the more time I spent in the room, the more I noticed something that stuck with me.

The best advisors weren't the ones with the flashiest market calls or the most complicated strategies. They were the ones whose clients called them first - not just when the markets dropped, but when life happened.

A new baby. A business sale. A parent getting older. A decision that kept them up at night. I wanted to be that person for people.

So I made the move into advising. Seven years later, I can tell you: this work is about so much more than money

What I've Learned Sitting Across The Table

I've had a front-row seat to some of the most meaningful moments in people's financial lives. Every story is different, but the lesson is always the same:

  • Clients who built their wealth from nothing - and needed someone to help them protect what they'd earned without losing sight of why they earned it.
  • Clients who inherited more than they ever expected - and felt the weight of managing something they didn't build, often while grieving.
  • Clients who own a business - and needed someone who understands that their company isn't just an investment, it's their life's work, and every finanical decision is intertwined with it.
  • Clients who welcomed a child - and suddenly saw every financial decision through a completely different lens.

Through all of it, I've come to believe one thing deeply: money isn't the destination. It's the thing that gives you freedom - freedom to be present with your family, to travel, to build a life full of moments that actually matter.

Outside The Office

I'm a new dad to an 18-month-old boy, a hockey player, and someone who'd rather spend money on a trip with my wife and kid than on almost anything else.

The memories you make with the people you love - that's real wealth to me. And I want to help you build the freedom to create more of those moments for yourself.
