Rich has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having served in management and sales leadership positions across the firm. Prior to his current role, Rich was responsible for leading the service organization covering Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri.
Rich earned his B.A. in Economics, with a Minor in finance, from The University of Nebraska and an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Rich has been married to his wife Lindsey for 17 years and they have 3 children together; Charlie, Chase and Evalyn.

About TJ Murphy
I graduated from University of Texas @ Arlington with a Finance degree in 2003. I’ve worked in the Financial Service industry for 20 years with the last 5 years here at Morgan Stanley as the BSO & MBSO in the Tulsa office.
Between my wife and I, we have 6 kids ranging from ages 23 to all the way down to 2 years old…So as you can imagine, I stay busy and lack sleep most days , but I come to work ready to go and really enjoy working with people and seeing success within the teams and how that positively impacts our clients.
When I’m not working, I like to stay active with sports (especially ones that my kids are involved in), golf, hunting, fishing, boating, yard work, projects around the house. I grew up playing competitive golf and had the fortunate opportunity to in college.
I’ve haven’t traveled extensively outside of the US, but my hope one day is to travel to Ireland and Greece so I can experience other parts of the world that are of interest to me

Violet joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 and is the Risk Officer in Tulsa, OK. In this role, she is able to help colleagues work through issues and find the best solutions. Violet graduated from Cameron University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. She and her husband, Aaron, live in Tulsa with their three dogs Crash, Rhubarb, and Athena. When she’s not working, she likes to cook and spending time with her family.
About Jennifer Stanley
Jennifer has over 25 years of industry experience, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 as the Business Service Officer in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role she is responsible for the supervision of Support Professionals and execution of all business and service functions within the Tulsa office. She attended the University of Oklahoma where she received a Bachelors in Organizational Leadership. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her two children. Jennifer is pursuing a Masters in Organizational Leadership at the University of Oklahoma, and anticipates graduating in 2024.
