As a Market Manager, Stefanie Gorres is responsible for driving growth in four Arizona offices, Phoenix, Peoria, Prescott and Tucson, and helping every Financial Advisor in her branches realize his or her full potential. She is committed to cultivating a positive atmosphere that promotes peer-to-peer idea exchange, team building and the strategic connections required to satisfy the sophisticated needs of our clients. She is also a passionate advocate for women in business and financial services. In 2021, Stefanie was one of eighteen individuals across Morgan Stanley Wealth Management to be named a Morgan Stanley MAKER.
Stefanie joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 and has held positions as a Complex Manager Assistant, Branch Service Manager, Complex Business Service Officer, and an Associate Complex Manager before taking on her current role. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Stefanie worked at AIG where she managed a team that was responsible for writing compliance policies and procedures for all broker dealers under the AIG Advisor Group umbrella.
Stefanie earned her B.S. in Business Finance from Minnesota State University at Mankato. She began her financial services career at Ameriprise Financial where she started on the service and trading queue before transitioning to institutional compliance. There, she and two others developed a patented personal trading monitoring system. She then moved to the retail side of the business where she performed high-profile fraud investigations and branch exams as a Senior Compliance Examiner. Her background in risk, compliance and operations gives her a well-rounded vision of all the different components of the financial services industry.
Originally from Minnesota, Stefanie moved to Arizona in July 2005. One of the greatest gifts Stefanie has been given is being a mom to a toddler boy. A dedicated runner, she has run the Boston Marathon twice. In Stefanie’s spare time, she enjoys staying active outdoors and is a volunteer through the CASA program.

Traci Marchi brings more than 25 years of financial services experience to her role as a Branch Manager. Most recently she was the Associate Market Manager for the Morgan Stanley Beverly Hills Market which included 136 Financial Advisors - Graystone, International, PWM and Core across 4 branches in 3 locations. She has expertise in helping Financial Advisors and their teams manage and grow their practices to achieve meaningful success and serve their clients with excellence.

Traci began her career as a Client Service Associate at Smith Barney in 1998, working with large advisor teams. She transitioned into management in 2012 as a Business Service Officer in Beverly Hills and then a Market Business Service Officer in 2014 in San Diego where she had the opportunity to become immersed in the International Wealth Management business. In 2021, Traci moved back to Beverly Hills to take on the Associate Market Manager role.

Traci earned her Bachelor of Arts in French Linguistics from University of California, Santa Barbara. She enjoys playing tennis, cooking and traveling.

Annebeth Burgess, First Vice President – Wealth Management, serves as Risk Officer for the Tucson, Arizona Branch location. She is responsible for the day to day customer account supervision and FA sales practice conduct supervision, including alert reviews, as well as general branch office supervision.

Annebeth graduated from Lawrence University in 1979. She then went on to work in women’s specialty retailing as a buyer and manager for 9 years before joining Prudential Securities in 1988 as a sales assistant. Since joining Morgan Stanley, Annebeth has held various positions including, Sales Assistant (1993), Operations Manager (1995), Complex Administrative Manager (1997), and Senior Complex Risk Officer (2010).

Outside of work, Annebeth enjoys golfing, going on walks, reading, gardening, and cooking. Annebeth grew up in Wayzata, MN and currently live in Tucson, AZ. She has 4 stepchildren and in October 2023, Annebeth and her husband, Dennis, will be celebrating 33 years of marriage.
