Biography

Tricia Trimble brings a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in management, marketing, and development to her role in the newly formed partnership between The Trimble Group and The HC Insight Group. Since joining Morgan Stanley in 2014, Tricia has played a pivotal role in forming The Trimble Group alongside her husband, Tom, and has served as the Client Relationship Manager for investment clients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and attention.

A Florida native hailing from Key Biscayne, Tricia's journey began with a degree in Communications from Florida State University. She began her career in New York City with WestPoint Pepperell, growing with the Fortune 500 company over a 12-year tenure. Tricia held various positions across the country, including the role of Western Regional Sales Manager in San Francisco, CA, where she spearheaded sales operations west of the Mississippi. Drawing from her diverse experiences and unwavering tenacity, Tricia transitioned into a Licensing Agent role, representing esteemed fashion designers to optimize their revenue through innovative product lines in the home furnishing industry.

Returning to Florida three decades ago, she brought her creativity and vision to the forefront as the Managing Director of the Maltz Jupiter Theatre. Tricia co-led the establishment of the Children's Conservatory of Performing Arts, spearheaded fundraising efforts that totaled $35 million, eliminated debts, bolstered the budget, and laid the groundwork for a $10 million endowment. Beyond her professional achievements, Tricia has been actively involved in community initiatives, serving on the boards of The Boys and Girls Clubs of Martin County and the Lighthouse ArtCenter.

As Tricia embarks on this new chapter with The HC Insight Group, her dedication to fostering meaningful client relationships and her proven track record of creative problem-solving will continue to be instrumental in guiding clients towards their financial goals. Outside of her professional endeavors, Tricia finds joy in activities such as tennis, swimming, puzzles, and cherishing moments with her husband Tom and their three grown children.
