My Mission Statement
Empowering organizations and individuals to invest with purpose by aligning their finances with their personal passions and overall mission.
Welcome
I care deeply about the work I do as your Financial Advisor. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to help each client do more than just beat a benchmark. It is my responsibility to align your finances with your overall mission, using appropriate strategies and disciplines to help achieve your specific goals. If done properly, individuals and institutions today do not have to give up performance to invest with purpose.
As a passionate advocate for sustainability and philanthropy, I am proud to be a member of Morgan Stanley, a firm deeply committed to the same mission-based principles in which I believe. Morgan Stanley has devoted significant resources to these important efforts and is a recognized leader in the Socially Responsible Investing and Impact Investing arena.
Over the years, we have developed the skills to determine the best strategies to pursue your inherent values without sacrificing performance. We understand the importance you place on responsible investing as part of your greater mission. In fact, Morgan Stanley has built an “open architecture” platform that enables us to work with investment managers who can screen for certain securities and introduce investments that correlate to your mission.
As a seasoned Financial Advisor with more than 25 years of experience, I strive to earn competitive returns, while achieving specific social, environmental or philanthropic goals – a discipline which delivers a “double bottom line.” I am dedicated to serving the specialized needs of institutional and private wealth clients at his Philadelphia-based consulting practice.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2009, I spent 21 years at UBS, and played an instrumental role in driving the growth of the firm’s regional institutional sales group. With hands-on experience working closely with leadership teams of many of the region’s institutions and nonprofits, I understand how to guide and harness effective decision-making to drive performance and help achieve short- and long-term goals.
In addition to my professional responsibilities, I am passionate about addressing the needs of my local community. I currently serve on the Boards of Junior Achievement of NJ and Junior Achievement of Southeastern PA. I am also very committed to ending hunger, volunteering regularly to assist Aid for Friends and Philabundance, two local nonprofits dedicated to alleviating hunger in my local communities.

Working With You
My priority is to understand and respond to your specific needs in a collaborative, professional and educational spirit – one that places your needs at the center of our relationship.
I believe the relationships forged with your staff, your board and your Investment Committee are exceptionally important. In my experience, every Investment Committee and Board member seems to have his or her own personality – this goes to the heart of the value I bring to the table.
The most important role I play as your financial advisor is to guide and harness effective decision-making. By doing this well, we can drive performance results and deliver on outcomes that are relevant to achieving your ultimate goals.

Community Involvement
I am passionate about aligning my practice with my local community, creating a mutual sense of purpose. I proudly support the following organizations:
Junior Achievement is devoted to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy by bringing the “real world” of business to classrooms through hands-on programs delivered by trained volunteers. I have proudly been on the Board of Junior Achievement of NJ for the past 15 years and recently joined the Board of Junior Achievement of Southeastern PA. I began volunteering when my oldest son was in fifth grade and have enjoyed providing financial literacy activities to him and his classmates as they moved from grade to grade. It is incredibly rewarding to be a part of this organization, inspiring students to dream big and reach their potential.
The mission of Aid for Friends is to alleviate the hunger and loneliness of isolated homebound individuals throughout greater Philadelphia. Meals are prepared and distributed by volunteers in weekly visits to elderly individuals who could not otherwise remain in their homes without the support of the meals provided. Philabundance was created with the simple belief that no one should ever go hungry. This organization provides food to approximately 90,000 people in nine counties in PA and NJ. Through their network of member agencies, they are working to make nutritious food accessible to all. I have been an active volunteer at both of these organizations for the past five years and will continue to support their mission for many years to come.

1The returns on a portfolio consisting primarily of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) aware investments may be lower or higher than a portfolio that is more diversified or where decisions are based solely on investment considerations. Because ESG criteria exclude some investments, investors may not be able to take advantage of the same opportunities or market trends as investors that do not use such criteria. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss in a declining financial market.
