Todd Hart seeks to provide retirement strategies that can help allow employers to focus on their business and employees plan for a retirement they envisioned.
Todd has focused on employee benefit planning for more than 27 years, as Financial Advisor to mid to large sized business owners in need of retirement strategies for their employees. Todd earned the title of Corporate Retirement Director at Morgan Stanley based on his commitment and dedication to helping plan sponsors navigate the complexities of offering retirement plan programs to their employees – Todd is one of the less than 2% of all Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors who have attained this designation (as of December 2023). He has also achieved the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist℠ (CRPS®) designation, a reflection of his understanding of defined benefit and defined contribution plans and the advice and guidance he offers to plan sponsors. Todd earned a B.S. in Marketing from Truman State University in Missouri.
Clients can expect Todd to work with individual employees and plan sponsors to build long-term relationships that engender confidence. He serves his clients best by listening which allows him to understand their needs and goals. He then selects the appropriate plan options to help meet those objectives and applies them to help design an effective retirement plan. Todd has access to a full suite of services that can help bring confidence to plan sponsors and help ensure that clients are operating a legislatively current and administratively compliant plan.
Todd is married to Julia and they have three children, Danielle (husband TJ), Jacob (wife Nora) and Lily all living across the country. Todd spends his free time participating in yoga, golfing and playing basketball. Todd has actively volunteered his time for Junior Achievement, Kohler Police Athletic League and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Some of these factors include: the Plan's investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan's flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan's investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state's own Qualified Tuition Program. Investors should determine their home state's tax treatment of 529 plans when considering whether to choose an in-state or out-of-state plan.
