My Services to You

I am committed to providing timely advice to help you achieve your financial goals.
    Icon Image
    Wealth Management
At Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, our extensive resources and distinctive capabilities help support your goals through every stage of life. We offer a broad range of solutions designed to meet you where you are—regardless of your starting point or preferred investing style. As family or institutional wealth grows, investment implementation often becomes more complex and portfolios may require active oversight to help ensure they remain aligned with their intended objectives and guidelines.
    Icon Image
    Financial Planning
Planning for retirement has never been simple, and in recent years it has become even more challenging. I’m here to help you develop a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to retirement planning—starting with clarifying your personal goals, monitoring your progress over time, and working together to build a customized plan designed to keep you on track.
    Icon Image
    Corporate Retirement Plans
Corporate retirement plans play a critical role in helping employees build long-term financial security while supporting an organization’s broader benefits strategy. A well-designed plan pairs thoughtful structure and investment options with clear governance, ongoing oversight, and meaningful participant engagement. As a plan grows, we recognize the increasing complexity of administration, fiduciary responsibilities, and maintaining alignment with the plan’s intended objectives—making regular monitoring and periodic refinement essential to staying on track.
    Icon Image
    Institutional Services
Institutional investors operate in an environment defined by evolving markets, regulatory complexity, and heightened stakeholder expectations. We help institutions take a structured, goals-based approach to managing assets and risk—grounded in clear investment objectives, well-defined governance, and disciplined implementation. By partnering closely with your team, we aim to support sound decision-making through portfolio construction, manager and strategy evaluation, and ongoing monitoring designed to keep your program aligned with its intended guidelines over time.
    Icon Image
    Donor Advised Funds
Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) can be a powerful way to structure charitable giving as part of a broader wealth strategy—helping you support the causes you care about while potentially simplifying administration and improving tax efficiency (subject to applicable rules and limitations). I’m here to help you take a thoughtful, goals-based approach to DAF planning by clarifying your philanthropic priorities, evaluating funding options (such as cash or appreciated securities), and coordinating contribution and grant timing with your overall tax, estate, and investment considerations. Because charitable planning can involve important complexities—including eligibility requirements, substantiation, contribution limits, investment allocation within the DAF, and evolving tax considerations—ongoing review and monitoring are essential to help ensure your giving strategy remains aligned with your intended objectives over time as your circumstances and priorities evolve.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Tom received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from University of California, Davis. It was here that Tom gained his first experience in the Financial Services industry, winning one of just four available internships nationwide at Nuveen Investments in the summer of 2007. The only undergrad to be awarded an internship, Tom worked directly with senior management and attended daily portfolio management meetings for some of Nuveen’s top investment funds.

Tom is actively involved in the Sacramento community. He has served on various non profit boards and spent over 6 years volunteering as a Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Sacramento. Tom is a bourbon and scotch aficionado, enjoys squeezing in a round of golf, and is an avid Kings fan despite their eternal struggles. Tom is married to his best friend Angela and they have two beautiful children together.
