WORKING WITH YOU

There are many reasons why our clients choose us but here are our main 3:

  • We are trusted advisors with an independent point of view. We offer an unbiased approach to investment selection with our financial incentives aligned with yours.
  • We deliver greater confidence to our clients. We'll give investment plans and frequent communications tailored to your needs. We'll always be accessible and easy to reach.
  • We help simplify your life. We want to free up the time you spend managing your wealth. We'll facilitate this by coordinating planning with your other advisors.
When we work together, you benefit from personalized advice, objective guidance, and dedication to your success as an investor. Our goals-based wealth management approach will address key areas of your financial life beyond traditional investments and may incorporate diverse recommendations for helping build and preserve your wealth. Here we've outlined our approach when working with you:
    Icon Image
    Setting Your Financial Objectives

Our process begins with a detailed conversation that identifies what is truly important to you. During this meeting, we'll ask a series of questions to provide an in-depth understanding of your personal, professional and financial situation, while educating us about your long-term investment goals, time horizon and tolerance for risk. If you own a business, we may also discuss your current cash management needs and plans for growth.

    Icon Image
    Developing Your Strategy

From this ongoing dialogue, we'll analyze your current situation and begin to develop specific strategies to help achieve your goals. This analysis will address income and retirement planning, investment management, strategic borrowing, wealth transfer and business succession planning. Your customized plan will also include an asset allocation strategy designed to help achieve your financial goals in light of your risk tolerance and investment time horizon. Asset allocation does not guarantee a profit or protect against a loss in a declining financial market.

    Icon Image
    Implementing Your Strategy

Once you've approved your plan, we will begin to execute each strategy, working closely with you to help ensure each of the various elements of your plan effectively integrate with one another. Wherever appropriate, we will suggest seeking in-depth advice from professionals on particularly complex issues we've identified, such as estate planning and tax minimization strategies. Whatever approach we implement, we will help keep your strategy on track.

    Icon Image
    Reviewing Your Performance

You will receive a quarterly review that outlines your portfolio's performance, helping you track your progress. Moreover, when your personal situation or market conditions change significantly, we will suggest appropriate adjustments to your portfolio to help it remain aligned with your goals.

5The returns on a portfolio consisting primarily of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) aware investments may be lower or higher than a portfolio that is more diversified or where decisions are based solely on investment considerations. Because ESG criteria exclude some investments, investors may not be able to take advantage of the same opportunities or market trends as investors that do not use such criteria. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss in a declining financial market.
